“I appreciate how well the staff has handled the past year or so. I always feel welcome and it feels more comfortable than the big gyms. There are months I couldn't come in, some months the state wouldn't allow them to let me in, but I gladly pay my $35 a mo and wish them the best. I'm very appreciative of how well they have handled the pandemic and that they are still in business. Beyond that, its a good gym.”

“Master KiM a wonderful “World Class Tae Kwon Do” master. At first went for my elder kid to introduce martial arts with no or little hope we will enroll, and as we went through first few classes for my son i was much inspired and enrolled myself. Today i have achieved an yellow belt with much support and inspiration master Kim put in to my head. If you are in search of Martial arts for Children recommend Tae Kwon Do. And specifically in Santaclarita, castaic and Valencia regions definitely recommend “World-class Tae Kwon Do””

“So I totally get the point of review is to write honest words about the businesses featured, but the thing is there are not enough great words to properly describe SOF Health & Wellness, the trainers, or the owner James O'Rourke. Simply PROFESSIONAL to the MAX! The classes are legit, they will push you no matter what your fitness level, and there are mods(go ask a kid) for every single exercise or circuit we do. I was recently part of a gym transfer & when James and the new trainers came in, they welcomed us with open arms, did everything in their power to make us feel part of the community and team. We do, and we are! In the 4 months that we have been part of the SOF community I have made countless friends, and feel safe to continue my health and fitness journey in a extremely clean and sanitized environment.”

“I started up at Cosmo Size about 4 months ago and I’m not looking back. Matt is an awesome person and definitely knows what he’s talking about in terms of working your muscle groups together. I’ve lost weight and improved my muscle definition and I don’t feel like I’m doing the same monotonous workouts over and over. Working out is fun again!”

“This place really rocks. It's for people of all ages (no joke! I'm 56!), however most of the members are young and fit! The classes are really intense and positive--everything is immaculately clean and modified outside for covid. The parking lot outside where the classes are held is quiet and safe. They bring out the individual eqpt and have everything set up so you don't have to do anything. I feel that the people are all goal directed and friendly. Nobody judges anyone for modifying an exercise and I feel very well received. There is no pressure to join and the owner gives you plenty of time to try the place out. If you're looking to keep in shape during this epidemic, than you've found your place at survival of the fittest. And the name is fitting, indeed.”

“Really the place to go for a wide variety of machines and the absence of people. It is very easy to design a circuit on five or six machines and do 5 reps through them without interfering with others or having somebody else want to come in. The freeweight machines are incredibly diverse. The weights aren't racked very well or very often but still, it is much better than competing for machines at Gold's or LA Fitness, both nearby.”
