“An average good coffee joint. Nothing spectacular or a must have but as a neighborhood hang it’s a nice space. No signature or specialty drinks, just no fuss coffee. There’s two outdoor seating areas perfect to dip away from work or to work for a while. Indoors is still closed off to the public and ordering is only through the window. I do like that they ask you only stay 90 mins. Three stars for the coffee and another for its space.”

I love salty-sweet flavors like salted caramel, and this drink was such a pleasant surprise, nothing like I've had before. I liked it so much that I decided to try the Blood Dragon Milk Tea right after, just because it stood out to me in the menu. Not a big fan of that one, but it could be because it had to follow up a sweeter drink I immediately loved. Either way, their menu has many fun and unique drinks that I can't wait to try once I get more Milky Moon! It's also very photogenic and I love places that have thriving live plants because it shows that they care about the details and aren't lazy about upkeep and cleaning. “My wife and I saw Creme Caramel one day and I immediately looked it up and added it to my list of places I wanted to try. Sadly, it took us a while before we got there. Our first visit was great, the lady that helped us was very helpful and friendly. Our order was kind of long. 1. Ube Cheesecake: this stands out to me as my favorite. There was a pause after I had it, it was that good. My old boss always made fun of that moment when I was so into what I was eating that I just stayed quite. It was sweet, creamy and delicious. 2. Pecan Crackle: this had an amazing flavor and terrific texture. 3. Oreo butter Bar: this was truly enjoyable and perfect for any Oreo fan. I definitely will have more of those in the future. 4. Strawberry Panna Cotta: this was creamy and delicious. 5. Lemon Bar: this was another stand out. I would definitely have this again. 6. Oreo Cheesecake: true Oreo bliss. 7. Oatmeal Raisin cookies: Oatmeal Raisin are one of my favorite cookies. These truly did not disappoint. 8. Ube Horchata: this was the first time I had Ube horchata and I definitely recommend it. 9. My Wife had a Chai Latte which she said was steeped to perfection. I am looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu. If you’ve ever thought of coming here, I suggest you do it!!!”

“This place was simply phenomenal ! The customer service was great, we were greeted the moment we came into the facility by the owner. He was a very sweet and respectful person. The hookah was great ! He (the owner) recommend his personal favors (watermelon with a hint of mint) and changed our coals out periodically. The hookah hit very smooth. He allowed my husband and I to hook our cell phones up to his Bluetooth to play our own music. The price for everything was really reasonable for this location (I’m originally from Florida. Prices are a bit cheaper than here on the west coast). But completely worth it. It’s definitely a vibe and will definitely be returning when I come back this way. “Wow! This is such a good breakfast spot!! Make sure you have cash on you, otherwise there is an ATM right outside, but definitely try this place! The pancakes were so fluffy and spongy, not too sweet or heavy, literally perfect. The Spanish Omlette is very delicious, the red sauce is homemade, and it kind of tastes like a wet burrito. The hashbrowns are also perfect--crispy (but not too crispy), buttery, and they weren't dry, like, you could eat them with or without ketchup. My over-easy eggs were made perfect as well, which is honestly kind of rare. The whites were cooked, but the yolks were super runny. Everything was really delicious, the coffee was good, and the service was really good and fast. I think I've found my new go-to breakfast spot. And the prices here are great. It's like $7 for 3 pancakes, 2 eggs, and hashbrowns. So glad we stopped in today :)”

“We have never had a bad experience at any Winchell's, but we really loved this one. It was pretty late at night and we wanted donuts. We thought because of the time they may have only stale ones. I was wrong. They were fresh and the glazed were warm. Some of the selection had been removed because they don't sell stale donuts, but there was still so much to choose from. We bought the 14 donuts for the price of a dozen. The man working there was so kind and sweet and even helped my grandson open the strawberry milk he just had to have right then. You will love this place.”

“Copying from my Yelp(: My first full day in LA and I saw a review was written two hours ago (Yelp) so that implied the spot was new. Self proclaimed boba connoisseur me knew I had to try it and cross it off my list. I had a few boba spots before this so I formed some expectation of LA boba (compared to Seattle). I had the chance to talk to the owner and he is extremely friendly, welcoming, and kind. He also went out of his way to hand another customer their order outside. Service is fantastic and I hope it stays that way as they continue to thrive during their new opening. The prices right now are 3.49 and 3.99 for a regular and large which is absurdly cheap. The fact that durian, avocado, and papaya drinks are also the same price is insane, I don't think I can stress the value enough because those flavors will be 1.5x the price if not more than regular boba at other places. Chewy, soft boba but not much flavor so there's room for improvement but given the fact that it was free (promotion) and the store is new, I'm cutting some slack especially as the drink was solid. House Milk Tea was recommended but I later learned that's because the Pandan Milk Tea was out and that was the owners(?) number one pick. House Milk Tea tasted like a Hong Kong style milk tea but slightly different with a thick black tea flavor. Strong choice for a boba lover. I also tried the Strawberry Mojito which was a refreshing, sweet strawberry with a hint of lemon or lime for a small sourness (not overwhelming or overly obvious). Light drink that I'd order on a hot or warm day. Come support local and new! Talk to the owner and give suggestions too, I'm sure he'd appreciate it and that he wants to continue to improve and accommodate or appeal to everyone.”

“Awesome little bakery that includes breakfast and lunch items along with your typical Mexican sweet breads. The tamales are exceptional. I tried the chicken (pollo con papas y chili) and the corn tamale (elote). I was surprised to find out my chicken tamale was also stuffed with potatoes and green chilies since they simply tell you it's a pollo tamale. That was such an awesome deal! They were 2/$5 and they were available pretty early in the morning, I think around 10 am. The masa (flour) was beautifully well-done. Soft and moist on the inside while maintaining a firm texture. Salted perfectly. Chicken had awesome flavor. Potatoes were firm and the way they were cooked matched the texture of the chicken and chilies delightfully. I haven't tried the other offerings at Continental but I would gladly go back. The ladies behind the counter were so very kind to the customers, too! I loved it and hope to return soon.”
