“I have had my 2005 Chevy Silverado and my daughters 1999 Honda Accord serviced there. They rebuilt the transmission to my truck and did an excellent job in a matter of a few days. The Honda was having a few issue and I took it to KBS and Robert checked it out and diagnosed the problem and now it runs great. If you are looking for an honest place to take your car and not get the feeling you are paying dealer prices and ripped off take it to KBS. Robert has to be one of the nicest mechanics that I have ever dealt with, he is very knowledgeable and honest guys, you will ever meet. He will address all your concerns and provide you the best advice on how to deal with your issue. Robert is very responsive to your calls and will always make you feel comfortable. When you go in there ask for Robert and he will make sure your issue is taken care of. I highly recommend this place for your auto care needs. “These guys did a great job repairing a damaged Leaf. We were hit and the bumper was messed up . To add insult to injury, they hit the bumper with the carpool decals on it. Getting new decals is a bureaucratic nightmare and takes months. They were able to work around having to take the decals off. They did all the work in 4 days. The insurance company referral wanted the car for two weeks AND they were going to remove the decals!”

It was absolutely hassle-free to arrange an appointment. The owner was extremely caring and professional throughout. After inspection, he gave me a proper explanation of the car issues, quoted reasonable prices (no exorbitant labour charge unlike most other places), gave me time to come to a decision and (after deciding which issues I wanted resolved) gave me his own car keys for the time they worked on my car! The owner treats you like family and really takes care of you. I recently returned from my long drive and the car handled really smooth. I am extremely satisfied by their service and hospitality, and personally I think they are the best auto care in SoCal!”

“Paid for an A/C Diagnostic, they said i needed a new compressor which would run almost $950 for the repairs. I went to get a 2nd diagnosis somewhere else just to be 100% sure because my car is only a couple years old. they said it was just low on freon, topped it off and it runs perfect. I came back to Best Auto Air to let them know and they offered me a refund for the diagnostic. Since the were willing to refund me, im happy. 5 stars for honest owner. 👍”
