He has seen me through many vehicles and has seen me angry, depressed, etc... He is always kind, goes above and beyond to help me out. I cannot see myself going to anyone else. I don't have a "my" doctor, or a "my" dentist, but I have a "my mechanic". Today I was in and out. I recently purchased another used vehicle and needed to get a smog check. “My clutch in my 17 STi was beginning to slip under load and I had to start looking into a shop to take care of my mechanical repairs that were in my very near future due to me being out of warranty. I looked around and came across Accel Import repair in Buena Park. I made a inquiry regarding my clutch job and Mike responded to me fairly quickly which was a + to start. I went back and fourth with Mike in regards what I had in mind for a clutch replacement and I also sought out Mikes suggestions on what I should get while doing the clutch replacement. I ended up going with all the suggestions that Mike made and I also steered clear on some things that I thought would be a good idea but after talking it over with mike and informing him on the use of my car(daily driver/spirited driving) he informed me on some draw backs that would cause potential problems for me down the line. So I ordered the parts and set an appointment for the following week. The job took little over 5hrs and was delivered to me the same day. Overall the experience at this shop was very pleasant to say the least. I was satisfied with this shop services that I went ahead and had them order me some parts for future repairs that where on back order. For the time being I have found a shop to take my 17 STi and potentially my 18 outback(once out of warranty). Fair rates, great customer service, informative staff, friendly environment and great service manager Mike(Jeremy seemed nice unfortunately didn't get a chance to interact with him). Also this place was pretty busy all three times that i was there.”

They are 100% transparent with all the services done or needed for my vehicles. I don't feel like just a customer, they treat me as if I were part of their family. They'll even provide a loaner vehicle if I give them enough notice. He'll offer rides to any destination if one wishes to work at home, office or coffee shop while they wait. The prices are reasonable as far as owning a German luxury vehicle is concerned but that's a price one must pay for German engineering.”
