We went from a furniture hunt to a true centerpiece in our back yard after seeing what they had here. What really amazed us was how friendly and responsive to our needs they were. At noon on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving we walked into their store... By 3:30pm that day it was installed. The kicker was that it cost us less than what we were expecting for a whole new patio set and gas fire pit. These guys are amazing. “We had a very expensive wool rug which was damaged from a water leak into the garage. I called OC Rugs and had an appraisal done which really helped with my insurance claim. I also had my rug cleaned and restored. The owner of this company called me on several occasions to update me in regards to the insurance claim and personally spoke to my insurance adjuster to get me the most to help pay for my rug appraisal and restoration. This company picked up and delivered my rug in a timely manner . I am very pleased with the expertise and experience this company offered to me at what was a difficult situation to deal with . “I typically only sell new office furnishings but had client come to me specifically looking for refurbished cubicles. They had the hardest time dealing with used commercial furniture vendors and struggled to find the style of cubes they were looking for from a source they trusted. I facilitated a purchase from AFS on behalf of my client and we had a wonderful experience. Luis is a man of integrity and is responsive & thorough in his work. He delivered a product that was exactly what he said it would be, and arrived exactly when he said it would. We ordered a full suite of 6x6 cubes with 67" high panels and Luis made sure we could even get them with framed glass as the customer wanted. Luis not only delivered great looking panels complete with new glass, fresh paint, new fabric, cleanly cut work surfaces, & power accessories... but he was also a delight to work with and made the process easy for us. He went above & beyond by including an inventory list of parts, extra hardware & screws to ensure the two day installation went smoothly and my install team had everything they needed to impress the customer. Because I do not have experience, I do not know what the diffidence between the left and right side drawers. Until my handyman came in on Saturday and found out the left hand drawer could not fit with a pipe. Since the handyman was not able to wait for next Monday, I called Eric to exchange the right side drawer vanity. Although Eric was not supposed to work on Saturday, he went back to his office immediately to assemble the right side drawer for me so than my handyman was able to install the vanity within his schedlue. Even after two years of regular use, the paint looks just as good as it did the day the cabinets were installed. The wood exterior of the cabinets is also of top quality. The grain is beautiful and the color is rich and warm. The cabinets have a solid feel to them and are well-built, with no squeaking or creaking when opening and closing the doors and drawers. The interior of the cabinets is just as impressive as the exterior. The shelves are adjustable, which makes it easy to customize the storage space to suit my needs.
