“I had gone to Renzo’s several times when their restaurant was off Von Karman and Michelson in Irvine because their food was amazing. I was shocked to find they closed due to the entire shopping center remodeling over several years. I was so happy I would come to find them again in Lake Forest! The food is EXCELLENT and the lomo saltado is just the best in OC. Renzo uses filet mignon which is as close to alpaca as you’re going to get. Renzo is super friendly and a joy to talk with. Chicken & duck in the box are juicy. Hong Kong milk tea is $5 in a small cup, kinda disappointed. Overall, will try again if they have bigger menus like other locations. The two people I encountered are nice and polite. They won't call people when food is ready for togo, need to make sure they know you are waiting outside I guess.”

“The al pastor is so delicious! Great burrito with a legit af homemade tasting tortilla, lots of meat, avocado and the usual fixings - real good price for what you get. The torta we ordered came smothered in some kinda awesome sauce. Huge, messy meal (the best kind) so stock up on napkins or bring some gloves. Complimentary salsas, lemon wedges, grilled pepper and radish slices provided. Future research on the rest of the menu is definitely in the works.”

(Photos are from 3 different visits) The prices are a bit high (even more so due to how much I tend to get), but then again it's the same for lots of places nowadays that aren't massive companies or chains. Come here as much as my wallet allows as it tastes better and is better for you than most other food options I have when I have zero time to shop and cook. Only real complaint is one of my own making, due to me getting the 2 meat option and a second bowl while filling both bowls to almost spilling, it doesn't all fit in 1 of their takeout containers without some juice and oil spilling out the side on the ride home. As I said it is of my own doing, just wanted to warn in advanced others who might try the same Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the 3 stars I gave the atmosphere, not much you can do atmosphere wise with such a small storefront. Their food though is worth it in my opinion.”

“Our favorite Italian restaurant! Our most recent experience was on 12/27/21 for my daughter's 18th B'day dinner. We were a party of 7 and had such an amazing dinner. This place specializes in dim sum, bao buns, and some Chinese food. The shu-mai pork dim sum is good and made from scratch when you order it. The Xiao Long Bao are average, not enough broth inside. The BBQ pork Bao Buns are good. Excellent Orange chicken, ask for extra garlic. The Chow Mein is ok but somewhat flavorless. It needs a hit of soy sauce, and the chicken is a bit dry. You can choose the thin or thick egg noodle for the Chow Mein. I prefer the thin noodle. Egg drop soup is nice. Minus a star because cash only.”

“Three times we've come here and it never disappoints. As much as we like trying new places, we also like eating satisfying food and this is where it lives. It's always busy, but the wait times have never been more than 20-30 minutes even when it seems there are lots of people waiting. We've only sat inside each time, so if you do, expect it to be loud and busy, but not overbearing. Their is ample outside seating, shade from the canopies, and they're pet friendly. The entire staff is friendly and always willing to assist, and the cooks always deliver the best grub. We recommend avocado fries, sausage and bacon omelette, impossible burger, cobb salad, and onion rings, but maybe not all at once.”
