They setup a trompo (rotisserie style) on the evenings for tacos Al pastor, they also cook some delicious carne asada on the grill using either charcoal or wood for that unique flavor. I recommend it for the tacos I haven’t had their other menu items. The avocado salsa appears to be the real deal and not the watered down version that vendors make with squash as the substitute. It's one of the best I've ever tried and it goes so well with a freshly made breakfast burrito. I'm not a huge donut guy but my kids love them. Bagels also look amazing but I haven't been able to say no to burrito yet. Place is clean and well maintained with polite and friendly staff. I'm assuming Scott is the name of the front man. He is doing a great job making this spot feel like a neighborhood joint. 👏”
