“The house is exactly as pictured. However there was no breakfast, maybe that was changed because of covid...but there is a kitchen with all the nicest fixtures and equipment if someone was hosting. The only negative is that the propane tanks werent filled so we couldnt enjoy the out doors at night and we didnt get the room we booked even though we where only 1 or two guests at the whole house. Other than that, beautiful house.”

“My favorite gym in Auburn and probably all of placer county. Love the atmosphere and look of the gym. It's not for everyone, but that's just fine by me. I want a place where I can work hard and reach my goals. Not take selfies on a treadmill. Great classes, especially the Jiu-Jitsu. They have a ton of other things for sale which is really great like food, supplements, drinks, and misc products in case you need something. The owner is a great person that really cares for his members. If you get training from him, get ready, its no cake walk.”

“The pies and cobbler are so good here! My favorites are the banana cream pie and cherry pie, but I recently had the cherry cobbler and I think that's my new all time favorite. I like the sweetness and texture of the cobbler topping and look forward to trying the other flavors. The chicken pot pie is kept hot in a warmer and is a great option if you don't have time to wait for your order. It is still very fresh and piping hot. There is tons of white meat chicken and fresh veggies but I'm not the biggest fan of white meat so next time I would try the beef version. The crust is great. Very buttery and flaky. All the burgers are really excellent and the dungeness crab sandwich is very good. Three onion rings are also very nicely done.”

“Loved that they had a reservation system, probably kept the crowd down. We enjoyed the amazing trail to the falls area and had fun in the water. The drought made for the falls being very calm, but still beautiful. This is a must stop for anyone who loves waterfalls. The hike was only about a mile and half, but going back, it is mostly all uphill. Bring water, there is water at the start, but nothing after that.”

I answered an ad for a trailer for sale in Auburn, CA and drove from the Bay Area to see it. But most of all she was attentive to my particular needs and I could see that she absolutely must have had this for all of her patients. She went the extra mile for me and got me my appt with Stanford neuroscience for brain surgery as fast as possible . In doing so she saved my life right along with those other surgeons . “Went for PHS Football Banquet. The food was great. The bartenders are very nice and knowledgeable about what they care... but they need to add Root beer to the drink list... I love Root beer with vanilla vodka.. And the bartenders are heavy handed if you ask them not to be... I am going to try and find things to go there for.. other than golf.. I don't like regular golf. I prefer mini. So I go to Roseville or Carmichael for that... maybe a little bit of good teenage fun.. Healthy teenage fun... Dances for all the Auburn area kids once or twice a month. Maybe so other fun entertainment.. More concerts. More social entertainment”

“Tom and Jason are true experts, the best contractors I've seen in my 71 years. Working together with their sensing tools in the crawl space and attic, Tom and Jason fixed multiple funky electrical problems we inherited from the previous owners and that other electricians wouldn't bid on. They also rescued a botched remodel done by another contractor. They do all the work themselves; they don't hire inexperienced cheap labor. Tom is also a master cabinet maker. Tom and Jason built a tricky oak cabinet and two oak desktops with soft, self-closing drawers for us, and repaired critical kitchen cabinet hinges that had failed. Tom and Jason are personable, "can-do" guys, prompt and reliable. Also, their charges -- given their skills -- are very reasonable. Bottom line: 20 on a 10 scale.”
