The employee that bought my items greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. She also greeted everyone as they came in, which I thought was great. No one did that before. “Absolutely the best!!! First had them check out my 7.3L a year ago after I bought it. They gave me a list of immediate fixes, a to-do list in order of priority, and then improvements that were/are targeted towards my goals with the truck. Then yesterday (a Friday), Lorne went out of his way and stayed after hours to ensure that I received the parts I needed. I plan on bringing the truck in there for the trans cooler upgrade as well as ALL my future work. Great guys, great work, and unbeatable service. Update: Is brought the truck back in (05/2021) because it was in an accident and I wanted the whole thing checked out. They did a full write up told me what was wrong/broken, what was going out, and what was getting worn out and when to fix it all. Once again the customer service is amazing and communication was consistent. Thanks guys! Only place I'll take my Diesel.”
