“For my first service appointment, they changed the appointment from 10-12 am to 3-5 pm without informing me. I was home in the morning and no one came. I called and was told about the schedule change but there was no attempt to inform me; no text, phone call, or email. That is not very professional. When the inspector and service personnel come, they are professional and responsive. But they need work on scheduling and informing customers of the schedule.”

He has stabilized 100+ year old instruments that we thought might not be able to be saved.
