Norma was our guide for the wine tour and her joy and enthusiasm for wine really amped our experience. She was knowledgeable and has a good relationship with the employees at each winery so the VIP experience carried over. The venue is beautiful, clean, and well manicured. They did everything possible to ensure our experience is top notch. Special thanks to Alicia, Norma, and Kim for making our anniversary extra special. We will be back! By the way, they have connections with horseback riding and in house massage which we utilized and loved. We made smores too 🤗”

“While a little treacherous to get to at times (definitely need a higher-clearance vehicle) the campground is situated on a prefect location surrounded by boulders and tall trees. We stayed in spot 30, which has an amazing view and drop behind it. Lots of great opportunities for bouldering!”

“My wife and I are enjoying the privilege to live in Casa Del Sol RV park. Leslie and the office staff, the grounds keepers, Charles and Steve, I don’t know who else we should thank for keeping a decent facility for the long term….the owners who I’ve not met, thank you. Hot tub, pool, laundromat Amazon hub (for tenants) on site….. There’s 3 grocery stores only a short walking distance away, Lowe’s can be seen from the gate. Neighbours look out for each other.”

Even in the back (where it's loudest) it is still okay. You're within a few minutes drive for food and Morongo Casino is only five miles away.”

“Vail Lake is an awesome place for resort, trailers, and tents. Plenty of space on each lot. We have a 40 foot diesel and there was room for a 12×10 canopy and our 12x10 screen house. They have picnic tables and a fire pit. There are 3 swimming pools, tennis area, a space to release your dogs (we have 6 rescues), a bar that serve great margaritas, a store and on Friday and Saturday night a band. They also rent golf carts. The people who camp there are pretty nice. Forgot to mention they do rent cabins. They look nice on the outside. Not sure what they look like on the inside. Overall our favorite Koa to camp.”

“As with all rents, ours have increased. Utility bills are up too. Our manager, Marilyn Mansfield, is a sweetheart. She is given nothing but grief from management and tenants alike. She does her very best with the limited resources she is allowed. Our maintenance man, Diego, is a blessing. Once the owners approve repairs (the owners are slumlords) Diego and the crew are awesome. We do have problems getting things done once they break. We find it is fewer headaches to hire a professional and eat the cost. You will not get anywhere trying to convince Valerie otherwise. The trailers are very old so they have issues. Previous tenants may or may not have taken care of the coaches. We love our little coach. We enjoy the quiet, our neighbors, and the beauty around us. There is an issue with being this remote. We are difficult for delivery, taxis, and everyone else to locate. If you do not drive count on constant problems and frustrations. Mapping services are wrong and send people elsewhere or drop them off on Highway 74. We have been here since 2016.”

“I recently moved to Mirage Estates and I can’t express enough how beautiful it is to live here. Everyone is very friendly and it seems to be a very family oriented mobile home park. There is a park and pool located next to the main office, which has a common hall. All kept up and clean. All the amenities make me feel like I’m on vacation. Connie is an amazing help and manager she keeps the park safe and clean. She very good at what she does. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live.”

“I recently moved into Foothills of Hemet, so my experience is limited, but after looking for a home that my wife and I could afford, a home that didn't look or feel like the average mobile home or manufactured home, we found a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath with a 2 car garage, yes a garage, not something you normally find in this market, not only is the home built well and feels like the stick build homes I've owned in the past, but the neighborhood is meticulously kept, this is a true 5 star 55 & up senior Park, the neighbors are friendly and quiet, everyone's home is kept in amazing shape, which adds many things, 1) it keeps community pride high, 2) it attracts those with a desire to maintain a higher standard of living, in an age when the cost of living has surpassed most retired folks ability to sustain, 3) this helps maximize home values, which follows the first rule of real estate, location, location, location, A home is an investment and then home values in Foothills of Hemet have almost doubled in the past 2 years, that's not typical of this market, so I feel like I made a very wise investment. Concerning rules and regulations, well, they are strict, but I'm ok with them, yes at first I was a bit taken back by some of them, but rules bring harmony, if you follow them. The space rent for this park is actually below average, lower space rent, means better buying power when it comes to purchasing. I have not heard of any rentals within the park, but I'm sure they're a few, but with the cost of renting, most can own. The build quality of my home is excellent, it looks and feels more like a stick built home and having a 2 car garage and 4 car driveway makes it nice. I've not heard any real negative feedback about the community, other than a bit of division over whether you're for or against the management, but I prefer to avoid the gossip and keep to myself. I can tell you one thing I've noticed since I've been here, no house that hits the market, last more than a week, they get nabbed up within days, if there's anything that is a live testimony, of the quality of any community, it's how the real estate market is and it's hotter than heck, so if you're looking for a home here, you better move fast because at Foothills of Hemet, they don't last long. “Can I do more than 5 stars. This place is amazing. So much to do for everyone. They have 2 pool areas. The kids one connects to the recreation room with a snack bar. They have play areas, volleyball, tennis, trails. You know it They have it. Movie night for the kids is so much fun especially under the clear skies you can see the stars so bright. Each weekend night they had music from cover bands to dj to karaoke. All family friendly. Everyone is friendly. Only thing I would say is it could use a few updates. But recommend it to everyone. It's definitely a memorable experience for everyone.”

“So far the best RV Park/Resort we’ve been to. Beautiful grounds. Clean restrooms/showers. Sites are HUGE. There’s a well stocked 24 hr mini mart at the gas station. The resort functions like an independent city, it has its own resources. Never had a noise issue as DPS patrols there. There’s an overflow parking lot unrelated to the resort. We overnighted there one time when it was full. In the A.M. security came by and we simply told them we had reservations that day which check in time was 2 p.m. and there was no problem. The front desk girls were very helpful with future reservations. Didn’t bother with the casino however though they have very frequent shuttles running there. Will be back for sure.”

“Decent rv park. Doesn’t look like luxury but they have nice amenities. Stayed for 7 days. Staff was very nice. We had no issues besides water being cut off a couple of times but for no more then an hour. Definitely will be back! They also have a SUPER nice youth center for the kiddos.”

“Pic is from the beach at parking lot 9. On the reservation map, Quail looked like the tent locations were more spaced out. Couldn't tell if anything was going on at either amphitheater, but the museum is only open Friday? Bring your own beach chair and shade in case you don't get a picnic table at the beach. The camp has flush toilets, a shower, a dumpster nearby (don't leave food or trash out at night), running water nearby, a drinking fountain at the bathroom, and friendly employees. Google Maps says this is in Moreno Valley which is technically true, but it's actually in Lake Perris SRA. LoL, someone said that the firewood was cheaper at the Stater Brothers but unless you're already going there it's a 20 minute drive so if you're only getting one or 2 bundles, it's worth getting it at the campground gate (time and gas) but if you need other supplies, the shopping area around the Stater Bros is huge, including a Walmart Supercenter and most fastfood restaurants.”
