“Genuine customer service seems harder and harder to find theses days. I generally consider a good one time experience a fluke or something like that. But when it happens repeatedly by the same person, that is nothing short of great customer service. Ivy is the very pharmacist I speak of. She has a genuine love for her occupation and the people she serves. This is evident in the way she provides a personal concern in ensuring she has done all she can to make sure all my concerns are met, my questions are answered and that I don't pay more than I need to for my prescriptions. Many times I would mention my frustration over the high costs of medications. On several occasions, she would go on-line to retrieve coupons for me which would greatly lower the cost of certain medications. She would provide good sound advise so I can properly decide as to the best option for re-fills and insurance coverage. When she sees me walking towards the counter, she greets me by name with a glowing smile and retrieves my prescription/s ahead of time. In all the many years I've gone to various pharmacies, never have I received this level of sincere customer service from a pharmacist. In conclusion, if Ivy were to re-locate to another pharmacy farther away and less convenient, I would gladly go out of my way to wherever that maybe!”

“Was so worried about purchasing a mini truck sight unseen. Pictures were super detailed and so many of them but still worried. Called and was sent a short clip of it running and going into 4wd. Vlad answered all questions and VERY honest and straight shooter. Paid via wire transfer in minutes. Paperwork was to Utah in 2 days. Shipping took a few extra days to get picked up and delivered, maybe 1 to 2 weeks. Vlad was in constant communication. Only issue is truck came with a different engine cover. “I went to the Repair shop after me and the Tech on the phone come to the conclusion that one of my wires was free and it was not supposed to be. He made me a repair slip and i went to the The Yuneec facility about an hour away from my home. . I signed in and before I could turn around to sit down, John came to the desk and asked If he could help me, He was always smiling and pleasant and you could tell he loved his job. He asked me what was wrong and then I gave him the repair slip. he looked it up. at first he was going to let me drop it off and pick it up another day, then he said "well lets see, if it's something simple i can fix it right now and you can be flying this weekend". My kind of thinking!! Turns out he soldered the wire back in place gave me another jumper wire free of charge and showed me where to place this wire should the same thing happen in the future. Then we went outside to test it. He fired it up gave me a few hints and taught me some do's and don't when operating it. He also gave me a little quick flight lesson as well. it worked like a charm again. I can't say enough good things about this company. at first When i bought the drone I never heard of them so i was hesitant about purchasing this product. but after the treatment I received from customers service both on the phone and in person, I wont by a drone from any other company, Hands down the best I've been treated by a company ever/ If your in the market for a drone, and you want amazing customer service, You have to go with Yuneec theres no other choice really!!!”
