The facility is very nice and clean inside, they had it all decked out in Hawaiian for a luau they had. Ann the sales manager is so incredibly kind, she invited me to come to their Halloween festivities. “Surprised by all the negative reviews. Went here for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the incredible prices. The styles are geared towards a younger demographic of shoppers. My teenage daughter loved the sustainability aspect, she purchased some items that didn't work out so I'll see if they offer an exchange option. They don't for the purses. It makes sense them needing to buy very low to make a profit and and also maintain the affordable prices. There's a list on their website of the brands they're looking to purchase so do a little research before heading in. The staff were incredibly nice, there were two young ladies that helped us and were very nice. I'm Mexican American and didn't experience any racism, but can only speak from my perspective. I'll be visiting again.”

“Honestly for being open so late than everyone else is what first caught my attention and had to call the number to double check if the closing time were true. Lo and behold the clerk answers and told me what I wanted to hear "We are open till 2am." I said great and good bye. Looked at the time and saw it was 1:24am, it's Friday, just got paid, and they close in 36 min. Let's do this. Quickly threw my crocs on and drove over as fast as the speed limit could permit me. Upon reaching the place the whole parking lot was dark. Three homeless looking mfs were over by the lamp post howling into the night shouting something but I wasn't about to find out. So I called back on where the entrance was and the clerk told me "Left side of the building, in the back, 2nd floor, first door on the right." So cool, followed the instructions like a rpg and found the spot. Dude buzzes me in and I walk inside the little quaint shop with variety of product here and there. The clerk was cool and I got what I needed and the dude hooked it up with a free edible. The experience was a joy and worth the trip.”

“Being in the mountains of Idyllwild, it's important to be sure your heater is in tip top shape. I ordered an inspection and Dan came to my house. I always keep my filters changed and my heater clean, but it's good to get it serviced because you don't want it to fail when it's snowing!!!! Dan went through everything and tested all the components. I asked a lot of questions and he was very informative. He really helped me understand just how important it is to keep my heater clean and filters changed. Dan was professional, polite and knowledgeable.....He did a great job and I'll be planning another forced air heater check annually! Thank you for all your help in understanding the heater system, really appreciate it! Jen helped me on the phone and she was Great! Very helpful, polite and just a nice place to do business.....LOCAL businesses need our support and when they are as personable and considerate as Idyllwild Appliance was it makes you happy to live in a small town! Maybe a sheet of paper explaining how to care for the wound at home would be nice, but the nurse told me what to do. Not happy about America's health insurance system, but that's another issue... I would definitely go back especially when I get better healthcare coverage.. 😖”

“We had US RTA Cabinets make custom cabinets for our kitchen remodel and they did an outstanding job! This was our first kitchen remodel and Michael was extremely patient working with us and in helping with the design. He made the overall process easy and less intimidating. It was real important to us that our refrigerator and dishwasher be hidden and built into the cabinetry and Michael reviewed the appliance specs to ensure that the cabinet front measurements were correct. There were many iterations of the design and Michael would always be available to assist. It has been about 4 years since the completion of the project and the cabinets are just as beautiful as the day we put them in. We highly recommend US RTA Cabinets and would definitely use them again! Don't hesitate to go with this company--the product and customer service is unsurpassed!”
