“I loved my apartment at Harbor Oaks and was so happy to call it home! Location is amazing, so quite and beautiful. Apartment was spacious, well maintained and my neighbors were amazing! Maintenance team was always ready to step in for whatever it needed - thank you! Kids loved pool and enjoyed it so much. I wish there was better system for paying rent, to avoid unnecessary stress with cheques but other than that and few minor things, I would choose them again for my home! 🙏”

“We have lived in these apartments for 3 years now and have finally found our forever home. Elijah, the person we have ways interacted with in the office, has been absolutely amazing. He has been friendly, patient, understanding, and extremely helpful! He's provided awesome customer service throughout our personal ups and downs here. The apartment itself is amazing. We have a two-bedroom upstairs unit, and it has vaulted ceilings, plenty of sun, washer and dryer in the unit, and is very quiet. In our time here we've noticed that plenty of units have been upgraded, so I imagine that all units would be as nice and comfortable as ours. Although there is only one assigned parking spot, there are a few garages available for an additional fee. Totally worth it. They have valet trash pickup, which is amazing considering we have a baby and plenty of trash that is too heavy for me to haul to a dumpster. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience living here at the Irongate Apartments. I'm hoping the move out process is smooth, and have no reason to believe it wouldn't be.”

“I was a resident here from 2018 to 2020 and recently moved. Good: -Front office personnel were always great to work with! Text, email, or phone, they responded quickly. -Despite complex being older, paint and most other items are well maintained. -Plenty of well-maintained foliage. -Great mailboxes. -2 pools and 1 hot tub (Front main pool was just redone). Good shape. -Pool/hot tub have handicap accessibility lifts. -Walls have decent insulation and I could not hear the neighbor above unless they were jumping. -Pet friendly, they have pet-cleanup stations scattered around. -Walking distance to a couple food places and a grocery store. Walk is also well-lit. -New sizable park next door with Basketball courts. -20min bicycle ride to oldtown Sacramento & 25 min ride to downtown. Bad: -Having to move your vehicle around because your parking space became unavailable due to painting, asphalt refinishing, or tree trimming. -Having 1 parking spot and spare spots hard to find. -Maintenance is slow and misses appointments sometimes. (Would be better if they communicated more) -8AM Saturday morning leaf blowers -Hard to make a left turn leaving 3310 during traffic hours. An accident seems to happen about once a month. -Comcast is main internet (But AT&T DSL is available) -Appliances are older and some are missing parts (like fridge missing shelves) - but they all worked well enough.”

“I moved here a few years ago and have never regretted it. Between, clean and well updated apartments, amazing amenities, beautiful landscape, and the wonderful staff that make you feel like family, you really can't go wrong with this apartment complex. The year round pool as hot tub, the 24/7 gym and media center and the occasional resident party help make this complex unique from any other place I've lived. I feel safe letting my child play outside, where she plays with many of the children living here. There is a beautiful park near by. And the bus stop for a great school district is right at the park. All within walking distance. Overall I really love it here.”

“I recently refinanced with Fordy Realty. I can not say enough good things. I have refinanced numerous times in the past 33 years with a variety of lenders including banks. I have to say this is the easiest, quickest and best process I have ever been through. I spoke to Lynel and within a few minutes he had given me numbers I knew would work. He e-mailed the links to upoad my documents virtually. Within 24 hours of our first conversation all documents were loaded and in less than 72 hours it was in underwriting. I was able to electronically review and sign everything. Any questions I had were answered immediately and personally by Lynel. A notary was sent to my home for the final signing and the refinance closed in 14 days from the day I uploaded my documents. The Title Company mailed a hard copy of the signed documents and also gave me an electronic copy. I might add this was all done in February 2021. I was not out of pocket any money including an appraisal which was waived. The amount of the loan was not increased over what I owed but actually decreased a little. In spite of refinancing 6 months prior I was able to lower my rate by 1% to 2.75% and that lowered my house payment $150 a month. I was able to miss two house payments so actually saved just under $4,000. This entire transaction was amazing and a blessing. I highly recommend Fordy Realty. Lynel is professional, stays personally involved, is readily available and the electronic process could not be easier. And the mortgage company he placed this with is terrific. Within 2 weeks of the closing I was able to set up an on-line account with the new mortgage company.”

“Update: The office manager has reached out to me and is working to help get my replacement crown back on track! She was very nice and professional. I am very appreciative that Aspen Dental reacted to my review and is trying to rectify the issue. The staff at this clinic has always been wonderful, even through the pandemic. However, for the past two months I have been calling to follow up on the receipt of a replacement crown that was supposedly ordered for me. I have been placed on hold for 10 minutes or more on most of my calls and have only actually spoken to a live person once. When I did reach a live person they said they did not see my crown in the back and their system was down so she could not check the status. There does not seem to be any other option to reach them aside from by phone. I have now had an improperly fit crown on over 2 months with temporary cement. I expect any day it will come loose. At this point, I suppose I will have to pay for an entirely new crown at a new dentists office. I don't know what has changed with this office or if they are just currently short staffed, but I would not recommend beginning treatment there until they rectify whatever the current issue is.”
