“A nice, quiet, and totally amazing place to stay. The representative-Ray was very kind, experienced and helpful. We stayed there 1 night but definitely will come back. A very reasonable price for a day or more stay. Ray was very accommodating and understanding, checking all the appliances.The place itself is very clean, next to a wooded area about half a mile away from the main road. At night, it was quiet and incredibly relaxing. They have heat which we didn’t use as the blanket was very warm and cozy. They do have a fully stacked kitchen, so all you need to bring is a few groceries if cooking in is what you want. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and I will definitely be returning here on my next visit to Big Bear! Thank you, Ray.”

“My family and I stayed here for 4th of July. The walk to see fireworks was like a 3-5 min walk. 5 min. Drive to shopping center. Property is very cozy, kids had so much fun in the pool, painting rocks and playing horseshoe game that was available on the property. Also, property has barbecue grills available ready to use. “Fantastic cozy brewpub with local flavor and incredible food. I had easily the best Cubano sandwich in my life there. The owners (great people) told us they slow cook the Cubano pork shoulder for 24h themselves and it shows. There was great live music when we went (5-7pm Wednesday) from a very talented older gentleman playing covers of Bob Dylan, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and others of that era. He wove entertaining stories in between songs and it made for a great time. There were a few beers on tap: a hazy IPA, red ale, stout, an interesting pastry sour, and one other. Tried the hazy IPA (pretty good and easy to drink), red ale (good), and the stout (alright, unremarkable). Come for the food and ambiance, and as long as you're not expecting 98+ point beers on tap, you'll have a great time.”

“I went to Big Bear Lake to escape from the day to day hustle and bustle. Noble + Proper was the perfect place to get away, relax, and do my daily yoga on the back deck of Orville's Lodge (Noble + Proper's biggest cabin). I've been to Big Bear Lake many times but there's nothing even close in design and craftsmanship to Noble + Proper - the design touches immerse your into a wonderful story and transport you to a new place. Each day was filled with thoughtful hospitality and impeccable service. The various cabins/lodges is perfect for multiple friends with kids or bigger family reunions to vacation together yet have their own space. And the location is exceptional as well - walking distance to The Village as well as hiking/biking trails, a few minutes from the slopes to ski or snowboard, and of course the beautiful lake — and it was so quiet (which I personally enjoyed so much). I'm looking forward to returning and bringing a larger group!”

“We love this place and have been there all four seasons, the home is walking distance from Bear Mountain Ski resort and has fantastic views from the great room, dining room, kitchen, and front deck. There is also a national forest a block away with trails and a great hill to ride tubes or sleds. The lake is a short drive away for boating, fishing, and swimming. You can also walk down to the Zoo or the golf course which are about three blocks away. BUT if you want to never leave the home there is a 8 person hot tub, full high speed internet service, nice kitchen, three large bedrooms and three full baths! The Great room and master suite both have fireplaces and there is also a gas bbq on the front deck.”

“It's a beautiful jem of an Inn. Off the main highway so it is peaceful. Rooms are very clean. I stayed in the family suite, which features a living area with kitchenette and it has a separate bedroom with two queen beds. The fireplace is a nice touch for snowing nights. Lots of outside space with chairs, awnings, and BBQs. I recommend the Vintage Lakeside Inn. And I'm really hard to please.”
