“Honestly Bruegger's is one of my favorite bagel shops. The service is great, the staff is so kind. What I love about this location is the cool common area outside the storefront that you can sit back and enjoy your food. It's got super casual but has some lounge type chairs. Grab a coffee too and sit back and relax.”

“UPDATE! I have returned to this location to give it another chance after my bad experience, as we all have bad days. The same waitress has helped me and she has been beyond fabulous! Whether she was just having a bad day or maybe my review brought this to her or managements attention, I do always like to correct or update my reviews if they improve, and they have! I will state tho, that as a fellow business owner it is important as owners to not only comment and thank the positive reviews, as I see you do on here, but you should also address the ones where YOUR PATRONS are leaving you constructive criticism as you could have lost me as your patron. To be honest I really hoped to have heard back from management as I spend over $50 there every week!!! So just some friendly biz advice from one owner to the next OLD POST:I have been to this location several times and have never had an issue in fact I have been above and beyond happy with the customer service as well as the quality of the food I have received. However to day I placed an online order that was submitted at 3:00 p.m. and was to be ready at 3:15 p.m. I alerted the female behind the counter at 3:10 p.m. that I was there she had me sit right near the register. I saw her put my food into the to go bags and then set it on the back counter. Then she proceeded to walk toward the back and chit chat and hug a friend walk around talk to another coworker in walked past me a total of 5 or 6 times without acknowledging me. At 3:30 I finally inquired as to what exactly it was that i was waiting for she told me she did not know. Then proceeded to ask me what my name was again then went and gave me the order that had been sitting on the back counter for 15 minutes with no apology. My salads were warm my French fries were soggy left a little bit upset may or may not return customer service goes a long way. And considering that my order was for around $58 it's a bit upsetting.”

“Went at lunchtime which is great as getting in, order and seated is a breeze. I love the outdoor patio area, lots of seating. Inside is decorated so cute and has a good vibe. The lunch specials are great deals and includes a drink. Down side, my food arrived slightly warm, not sure what happened there. The cashier was so sweet and helpful.”

“I went for a weekend lunch recently and when they had a special deal with 50% off of certain rolls. This was apparently a promotional deal by the new management. I tried several rolls including the Hamachi Lover roll, Mucho Spicy roll, and Deluxe Eel roll. Overall, the menu contains quite a lot of spicy flavored rolls (almost half of their tempura and fresh roll menus) and these usually include jalapenos or spicy mayo sauce. Overall, there was a good number of rolls on the menu but the variety in terms of ingredients was quite limited. I saw jalapenos, cucumber, tuna and spicy mayo show up on over a third of the rolls in the tempura and fresh roll menu sections. But this may have been only for the rolls on special 50% off menu. The rolls themselves were decent and not too spicy, but tasted very similar because of having same types of ingredients.”

“The man who works the drive thru overnight is very pleasant and friendly. He is fast and efficient, and makes the effort to verify the items ordered are what was actually desired. I am very glad they are open and close by my workplace - I work overnights and there are precious few choices open late/24 hours. There is a Santana's Mexican food restaurant across the street from the Jack In The Box - and there is a neon sign in the window that indicates the drive thru is open 24 hours, but this is not the case. Without the Jack In The Box, choices would be limited to snacks or road trip stuff from the Arco AM PM or the Circle K convenience store at the Mobil station.”
