“I don’t know where to begin. I absolutely loved this experience. Our tasting guide was beyond knowledgeable and welcoming. It was such an intimate experience and the wines were divine. Truly a gem inside the Fairmont hotel. If you love wine, do yourself a favor and stop in. Do keep in mind that this experience is a bit more expensive and the value is up to your discretion, however, as someone who loves wine the price was not a deterrent for us.”

“This is a very friendly and welcoming Church. As a 3X visitor I've felt very comfortable attending the Sunday, 11:15am Service. I truly enjoy the worship and the Expository Teaching of God's Word. When I can't attend I watch on-line. They have many ministries aimed for all ages, and a very nice Childrens ministry.”

“Felt like a safe way to see the tourist destinations. However, even with the 2 day pass, if you get off to explore, there's just not enough time to see everything due to extended wait times to get back on a bus. At times it was faster to forego the bus and take a lyft. We encountered 4 tour guides providing live commentary out of about 9 trips, the first of which was the morning of 8/26 around 10:30 and did not follow a PC script and was screaming into the microphone multiple times while going through a tunnel. The other 3 gentlemen providing the live commentary were wonderful and shared many great facts. We took a trolley to Sausalito over The Golden Gate Bridge and also around the park loop(the green trolley) and found both of those drivers provided live commentary and were knowledgeable and personable people-was quite pleased with both and they were a highlight of the tours.”

“Pampas delivered once again! Pampas catered a fabulous graduation event for us 5 years ago and when the next graduation rolled around we knew who to call. I still can't believe they can make such eye-popping event happen in our smallish backyard. Francisco and Alejandra were a delight to work worth, the cooks were great and food unbelievably good - and so much! Every detail was attended to including to-go boxes for all the extras for all the young adults present. Thank you so much for once again providing a yummy and fun and memorable event.”

“Google peeps, how do we get Mae Krua set up as its own business?? 331 Cortland, or Cortland Marketplace is home to several small local businesses. It's a FANTASTIC place to grab great food at reasonable (for SF) pricing. If you like to try a little of everything, you can here!!! As of August 2014: Paulie's Pickling, Anda Piroshky, Mae Krua, Green Smoothies, and Suite Foods Waffle Shop. This review is for Mae Krua, you can see reviews for Paulie's Pickling and Anda Piroshky at their respective pages. We shared the rice balls with salad, and the sweet sticky rice with mango. Both were delightful. The dressing for the salad is made to order, it's tart, tangy, light and fresh. The rice balls are so good, chewy-rich-goodness in a ball. Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango was so good, large serving, and he cut the fresh mango right over it. The owner was incredibly friendly. We'll be back. If you live nearby, 331 Cortland is a fantastic place to pick up lunch or early dinner to go. As with Anda, Mae Krua has all the 'ingredients' to be a success at 331, great food, good pricing, and friendly service. If you haven't been to 331 Cortland, or The Cortland Marketplace, it's small local businesses (all food right now I think) with counters. You order and if you're lucky snag a place on the bench around the tree right outside. Otherwise, this isn't a place you come to sit down to eat. It's take-away. We'll be back!”

“Jasmine Garden is a real neighborhood discovery of food, friendly service, and comfortable atmosphere. One of our Vietnamese friends suggested that we try his favorite spot, and we happily let him pick his favorites from the menu. Wow! Good choice. I think the concensus favorite was the chicken clay pot dish, but the Vietnamese Crepe Banh Xeo was also spectacular. But, picking just those two dishes slights the excellent spring rolls and other dishes that we shared family style. Yes, the food is cooked perfectly. However the standout taste memory is the spices. They were present and active, but never the sole focus of a dish. All of this comes with a friendly, humorous staff and a low-key neighborhood dining space. I give this a strong recommendation and also suggest eating there and not ordering door dash or even take-away. Enjoy eating in a place that feels low-key but slightly different!”

“I come here once a week with friends. It is fun, clean and well managed. The staff are volunteers who are cheerful and very accommodating. It's very well sanitized and Covid safe. The food and drinks are delicious. I've been to restaurants for outdoor dining but none have come close to the positive experience I have here and in the best neighborhood in San Francisco.”

“Firstly, must say, I really liked the feel of this place when I walked in. Super cool and friendly. I’m a lil ocd about who I let cut my hair. The past 20 years I’ve only my guy in china town Vegas, and more my lady ki in mt Shasta. I go half years+ just too go back to get haircuts that I know they know me. Was taking a chance coming to these guys, but I definitely couldn’t show up to my cousins wedding looking like a scruffy lil nerf herder. Was a walk-in and the care and detail I saw happening there was superb. My uncle “who was father of the groom” said I haven’t seen your hair so tight since you worked at our Michelin star restaurant when you were 19. I’m drunk, and was gonna go to bed, but it’s a good shop with good guys, give ‘em a go”

“This is a Charming little bed and breakfast, hidden at the intersection of Market, Church, and 14th Streets. It's barely visible from the street, a single orange door is the entrance. A long stairway leaves you up into the building, which has rooms on the second and third floor. It's a converted old hotel, but it's very clean and cozy. I stayed in a single room with a double bed, it just had a bed, sink, TV and closet. I just needed a place to crash for my stay so it was perfectly acceptable, clean and quiet. Showers and water closets are across the hall, all clean and nicely appointed. And breakfast is served in the kitchen every morning. A nice collection of granolas, fresh fruit, tea, and bread. When I called ahead to tell them that I might be arriving early, they assured me my room was already ready, and I felt very welcomed. Public transit is literally right outside the door. I highly recommend this place as a good spot to crash when you're visiting the city.”

“Really nice teacher and students. I did a one time trial (pay $15 for mat fee, comparable to other locations). They were patient and most importantly they explained why and made sure you had the right posture.”
