“Writing a review based on customer service which was excellent!! I bought my friend a gift card for her bday online and the gift card didn’t reach my friend. So I called in 10 mins after close, and to my surprise Katie from MG picked up. I could tell she was exhausted from the day but that didn’t stop her from trying to figure out how to get my friend the gift card. Even though I told Katie it would be fine if my friend got it the next day, she wasn’t having it. Katie was determined and on a mission! She called me 20 mins later and sorted everything out with the owner and my friend got her gift card shortly after. When my friend got the gift card she was thrilled and raved on about how much she loves the food from MG!! So happy I decided to purchase from MG and looking forward to trying a meal or two when I visit my friend in Bakersfield. Thanks MG for being great and kind!!”

“My wife had been hinting at wanting to try Smallcakes for quite sometime. We live in Tustin and with the virus and different work schedules just hadn't made it out here. So, I finally did and of course by myself couldn't decide and wanted to surpise her, so I couldn't go wrong with a dozen! Right? Let me say they were ALL amazing. Moist, fresh, and lived up to the hype. However, my only downfall... she wanted carrot cake! She's never been a fan but, that's apparently her new favorite thanks to them. (I didn't know she had already tried them at a work event) They do custom cakes which we typically order for our niece and nephews bdays from local groceries stores.
