Communication was great, Andy and his team handled everything with perfection, even bringing a speaker to play music as we released the doves. They were professional, helpful and accommodating during our time of mourning. Because this was an unexpected passing we were able to contact this team and they were able to schedule our service on a date we requested due to our religious and cultural beliefs. We used Deer Creek for my mom when she passed away in 2014, and the upmost care she received from Deer Creek staff was appreciated. My father wanted nobody else to handle his body when he recently passed. With COVID protocols, Jay came to our home to complete the paperwork and walked us through the entire process despite us already going through it back in 2014, so we appreciated the clear communication.
