I placed my order for a bouncer and tables and chairs . They called me 2 days before my daughters birthday party and canceled because of rain that was starting at 9 pm . I started looking around and found BJ’s ! It was a blessing in disguise. The lady at the register so nice and very helpful . She told me I was still able to rent a bouncer even if it rained . take in mind I was so sad and worried about that , because that’s why the other place canceled. I thought we weren’t going to be able to . But BJ’s saved the day ! The lady Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Not only is their customer service AMAZING but so are their prices ! Their equipment was nice and clean and the delivery and pick up were fast .This will be the only party rental place we will be using from now on . My daughters and nephew loved the bounce house so much !”
