“During the summer of 2024, I stayed here after an attempt. It was one of the best experiences I had with mental health. I had a connection with many of the CCT's and with the clients who were also there. There was a lot of structure, along with a lot of freedom when we deserved it. The food was amazing, Ethan is the best chef and I miss his food a lot! Yvette and Chris are caring and want the best for all the clients. I recommend this residential for those who are struggling and need help getting back on their feet. My favorite connections I had here was Sheila, Camila, Dina, Vanessa, Ariel, and my therapist Betsy. Both the day and night CCT were always there for you when you were having a hard day and I genuinely miss being here. This place helped me a lot with getting back up: the structured groups, my therapy sessions, and getting treated like an actual human and not just a client.”

“Fantastic store/station. Cashiers are always friendly with a ready smile and knowledgeable about what’s in their store. Never a long wait time. I frequently use this store for last minute forgotten items, and can usually find anything I need here. It’s a very well stocked store. The only problem I’ve ever witnessed, and it’s a BIG problem... is that there are alot of homeless and unemployed people hanging around outside, on the sidewalk and in the parking lot, that constantly ask/beg customers for their change or for items they have in hand upon exiting the store. This is very bothersome, since nobody likes being accosted for the money they work hard for or the things they just paid for. If they were to clean up the people loitering in the parking lot/sidewalk... this might be the perfect place to stop for gas, liquor and pretty much everything else needed.”

She has literally texted me at 2:00 a.m. while working feverishly on my case before court the next day. Although I find her expensive (as are all lawyers), she regularly gave me discounts. I suppose this is because I was nice to her. She developed a strong bond with me and I soon felt like she was my new best friend. “You will not find a better pharmacy in West Torrance than this one. They may well be the best pharmacy in the South Bay. The pharmacists are so professional and go overboard in getting your medications. Every technician is super friendly and helpful. They greet you immediately on arrival, and they make it their personal mission to get you everything you need and checked out quickly. The only downside? Their hours. They close at 7pm weekdays and weekends are even shorter, and they close for lunch on the weekends for one hour. I was a CVS customer for years and switched. I'm so happy I did.”
