“The parking here is great! From my experience, there's usually plenty of spaces available here. This little Plaza area does have quite a few businesses but I never see it super busy to the point where it's hard to find a parking space. Let's get started on what this place is about, martabak! There are plenty of varieties that you can order from them! This time, I ordered the ovolmaltine, cheese, and peanuts. Regardless of the combo you order, it's going to be rich and buttery!! The one that I ordered was very delicious. The ovolmaltine is already a bit of a crunchy spread and the crushed peanuts helped give more texture as well. The cheese compliments everything with a bit of saltiness and creaminess. This treat is definitely a TREAT. I would love to eat one every day but I'm afraid I'd gain too many pounds too fast 🤣 This is a worth it indulgence though! They're pretty much the only place around here that makes martabak. I would come back to get the sweetcorn and cheese combo! NOTE: Call in your order. As far as I know, they don't allow walk-in orders. It takes around 15 to 20 minutes for each order, depending on how many they may already have.”

“Brought my brother here to get his first big boy haircut and was not disappointed. This place is top quality in their service and the space is so incredibly unique. When you go in, the first thing you'll notice is that this is definitely not your average barber shop - shoeshine stand, antique barbershop chairs, dark red walls with beautiful decor. The barbers are so friendly and they ask you about the look you're going for and the type of lifestyle you live so that they can personalize it all for you. We had King give my brother his haircut and my brother was so impressed by the service, the detail, and all the hair knowledge King shared with him. Definitely an amazing experience for him that he's been sharing with everyone!”

“Visited Made Solid in Nov. 2018 after seeing the shop in Instagram stories. I didn’t fully know what to expect and was so delighted by what I found. The store is owned and apparently run by a husband/wife team who also do the leather and beading sold in the store. There are some Japanese ceramics, tea, incense and other imports as well as tiles from Mexico and a small selection of cotton tee shirts. The shop is small and lovely. Both owners were out front talking to my friend and I about their pieces. They were very helpful and because they create so much of what they sell, also very knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a tile and coaster set from Mexico that the owner had backed with his leather as well as sandalwood incense from Japan. I would love to go back for a Japanese tea set and to see their adorable dog Miko. Great for gifts and small home goods with a very simple and elegant vibe.”

“I used to get my lashes done by the same person for years but this year I had to find someone in this area. Luckily I found Karci and she does an amazing job every time. Not once have I been disappointed or experienced any issues. Karci is very meticulous and she makes sure your lashes are done perfect before she sends you home. When I go back for my 3 week fills most of my lashes are still on good but she makes sure to remove all the new growth and give me a new set and 5 star treatment. On top of that she’s super sweet and just a fun and down to earth person to talk to! Karci is awesome and I’m blessed to have found her! Go to her for your lashes you won’t be disappointed!”
