“Give your body what it deserves and go to Boulder body works. It’s the best investment you can make for your body. I was a complete mess before I started seeing Amy and Renee. Both of my pregnancies were problematic and left my pelvic floor pulverized. I’ve always been athletic and love to bike ride outside. I’ve always felt fit and strong but I’d have all sorts of ailments from my pelvic floor being weak and damaged. My back and neck were also bothering me. After about 2 months I started to see that my posture improved dramatically and my pelvic floor issues started to minimize. I see them twice a week and feel like I have a new body. I’m stronger from the inside out. I don’t have to see my chiropractor every week and barely go to him anymore because my Pilates classes are preventing me hurting myself. Another thing I’ve noticed is that I’m trimmer and leaner looking so that’s a plus on top of everything else! There’s a reason why all the celebrities do Pilates!”

“This is the second time we've stayed in this hotel and both times it's been great! This was our stop for the night on our drive from Phoenix to Chicago. The hotel is quiet and safe while still being pretty close to the highway. Staff is always very friendly. The shower is hot with good water pressure. The bed isn't the most comfortable I've slept on, but definitely adequate. Theres also a ton of areas to charge electronics. We'll stay here again on our next drive-through.”

“Makaan’s knowledge is vast and his many decades of experience is quite evident. His style is very personal and instruction easy to follow. If you are dealing with any physical issues, looking to enrich your yoga practice or interested in an amazing massage, I cannot recommend Makaan more highly. I can honestly say I am a better person both physically and spiritually for having met Makaan. My first meeting with Makaan was less then 1 week after having a disc replaced in my back. I was very apprehensive about hurting myself and damaging the replaced disc. Although I wanted to get started with some kind of therapy, I had in my mind I would not be proceeding. That all changed after meeting with Makaan. His years of experience and knowledge of the anatomy gave me the confidence to proceed. His approach was very mindful and at no time did I ever feel I was going to be put in a compromising position. With the guidance of Makaan I made a miraculous recover in a very short period of time, much to the surprise of my surgeon.”

Not only did they come in and service our Reformers but they also showed my husband how to change out wheels since they did not have enough with them to replace all of ours (we were the last stop). So we bought the rest of the wheels we needed and my husband replaced them as he was taught. Excellent service, great people!!!”
