“It is sometimes very hard to get through so you need to be persistent. Between 12:00 pm and 1:00 PM the staff breaks for lunch so you either get an answering service or the voicemail. The provided alternative medicine is definitely unconventional but very effective. Sometimes it is hard to get a full blown appointment if it needs to be scheduled on a short notice but the "top off" adjustments are fairly easy to get in (when needed). Do not be late because they will cancel your appointment. If you are running late be sure to call many times and leave messages so you are covered. Dr. Bodrero is excellent and definitely on to something with his approach to alternative medicine treatments. UPDATE: The staff seems to have cycled through and lately I have been treated extremely well and they are always very helpful. Very accommodating.”

“The orthopedics department at Boulder Medical Center is the absolute best group in Boulder County (and beyond, too)! I injured my shoulder at the beginning of our family vacation in the Virgin Islands earlier this year. Since we rarely go on a major vacation like this, I was heartbroken at the thought of going home early. I consulted with the BMC ortho team back home in Boulder and they worked with a local doctor to get xrays. The Boulder group told me to remain on vacation, ice and elevate, and expect surgery when I came back home. Sure enough, that's what I needed and Dr. Repine actually performed the surgery but the entire team was behind me...from the MAs to Laura the physician assistant, and the other physicians. My numerous questions were answered patiently (I ask a lot of them) and the surgery went smoothly. I appreciate their oversight during my recovery, including their tough love call not to release me for action during the rest of the ski season. It's 6 months later and my shoulder is doing great with range of motion and no pain. I am so glad that the BMC ortho team was there for me - even from 2,800 miles away.”
