“J Pocker has always been my "go to" framing place for superior quality and great service. Most of my art collection has been framed by them. I was therefore truly shocked to see the recently posted negative review, which from my own 20+ years of experience bringing things to Rich at the Greenwich location could not possibly be credible. Rich always welcomes customers with a genuine smile, remembers them by name and takes time to ask about their kids, their pets and even important events in their lives. He gives great framing advice, regardless of the price range of the frame you're looking for, and never tries to "up-sell" to a more expensive alternative. He also looks after orders while they're in process to make sure they come back on time and has even gone out of his way to drive down to their factory to pick things up when I really needed them in a rush. He'll even drive over after work to drop something off and help with hanging larger works. On the rare occasion that something has not come out exactly as I had hoped, he has quickly and happily corrected it, even if it was my fault for choosing a matte color unwisely. As for quality of work, Pocker's longstanding stellar reputation (and I go back to when Marvin Pocker was still running the multi-location business) is well-deserved. Finally, Rich has always unwrapped my framing to look at with me before turning it over to me and processing the final payment. You can see why I give no credulity the prior negative review. Unfortunately for a lot of business owners in Greenwich there are some very "entitled" customers here who expect to be accommodated no matter how outrageous their demands and who take great pleasure in writing negative reviews for imagined slights. Pocker and Rich get an A+ from me.”

“New Canaan is pretty baron for shy kids who don't love sports and this is the perfect, creative outlet which provides camaraderie. I've watched my son grow hugely in confidence because of School of Rock. Big shout out to Tyler who was there from the start and showed encouragement and support every step of the way. Also, Brian who is now honing his keyboard skills so he gets to play with his Dad's band. Not forgetting Todd who is always welcoming - incredibly inspiring staff. Best thing we ever did.”

“Was less than thrilled. I dealt with two employees at the Mobile counter. Both were as nice as could be and really tried to help me with my phones' problems. Unfortunately, neither was able to resolve the issues through no fault of their own. My biggest concern was that it was quite a trek from the store entrance to the Mobile kiosk. This is difficult when I'm using a cane and my husband is using a wheelchair. It would also have been helpful if the name of my mobile carrier's name had been displayed somewhere. Other carriers were listed on signs, but not mine. At first I didn't think I was in the right place.”

Next day my check engine light came back on so I brought my car back. Dave and team went through a bunch of tests and resolved the issue no extra costs. Good honest guys over there. Like I said I drive an Audi so I’m sure I’ll have something else go wrong again soon and I’ll feel good about bringing it to these guys”

“I had re-done my primary bathroom in the Spring (tub & tile work), but had held off on installing the glass shower door until the Fall. That gave me time to check out a number of local places, and after reading the reviews for Your Glazier Experts, I was convinced I had found the right company. After meeting Edgar, I was certain I was right. He was professional, knowledgeable & attentive to my specific requests. The suggestion of "low-iron glass," because I was looking for a frameless design, was something I had not even considered, but was ultimately what I went with. This is a glass type more clear than "clear." All throughout the process, Edgar was communicative about pricing & timeline, and within a week of meeting him, my project was finished! Everything turned out great (as you can see by the pictures)! A week later, everything continues to be amazing. One last thing, while small, showed the attention to detail: Edgar & his staff came to give the estimate on a very rainy day, and were prepared with covers for their shoes. Many other companies would not even think to do this. I highly recommend Your Glazier Experts for any glass needs, as they also do more than just shower doors.”
