“This hotel is very convenient in location, 20 minute drive away from the capital of Washington! However, I do not recommend walking around the area if you are not familiar with it. Staff was helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast consisted of fresh cut fruit, oatmeal, bread-based, etc always tasted great. Rooms were clean and the house keeping always provided us with fresh towels. My only complaint was about one staff member, very nice guy, but he got too comfortable and approached my partner and I about “going to his house” and “checking out local strip clubs”. Very unprofessional conversation.”

“The place I look forward to 5 days a week. Really nice covered saltwater pool, hot tub and sauna. Very clean and well kept. Always a familiar face and many classes to choose from. There is plenty of room for your own personal activities in-between classes if you just a space to stretch, dance or do yoga with a with a friend. The gym is well equipmed with all the weight you needed to get an all around work out and a good selection of cardio equipment that never has had a weight. Plenty of amazing trainers there if you are looking for some motivation and guidance.”

“Clean rooms that are renovated. Property is well cared for as well. Most staff are friendly. Maids do a decent job as well. Front desk staff younger girl was nice but the guy was not as friendly. When you walk in after a long drive guests really want a warm welcome and an inviting smile. The male working the front desk at 330pm on September 2, 2022 was not that. He was pure business with a cold edge. We shook that off and had a good time in NH despite the less than desirable welcome. Bob the maintenance man was top notch. He even offered to help carry our belongings! Great conversation as well with him. We really enjoyed his company he is an asset to RRI. The mattress was super comfortable but the pillows were not. They need new pillows. The grounds were well maintained and everyone picked up after their dogs. RRI provides feces bags for your dogs too and made it easy for guests. We will definitely be returning despite the front desk experience.”

Nana is very personable and her response time is faster than expected ( I know we have our trauma with trying to get in touch with people lol). Honestly, if it wasn't for Nana I wouldn't be moving in. She deserves 5 stars plus more. I'm very big on kindness and I just want to Thank her for being so kind and reassuring during the application process which I know sometimes can be stressful. “This Needle Point Shop is sooo wonderful & amazing in every way ~ !!! What a Fanastic Gem of a needlepoint store, right in NW, DC, right by Chevy Chase, Maryland ~ Lots of street parking, & such a lovely Shop !!! I was so excited to see all of the many, many, most beautiful needlepoint canvases hanging elegantly all throughout all of the Walls of the Store, and all of which decorated sooo beautifully throughout ~ Rich vibrant colors & so many exciting patterns & design ideas to choose from ~ The Management & Staff at " The Point of It All " are so very kind, friendly, accommodating, most gracious, & very, very helpful group of wonderful Ladies ~ Ms. Susan, Ms. Betina, & all of the other wonderful & gracious Staff are all kindly looking eagerly forward to help everyone who comes in to the Store. Since I just found this exquisite store yesterday, I will also be looking forward for another return visit back to The Point of It All , in the very near future, with my Mother, & my Best Friend; whom both come from a longline of needlepoint & embroidery other family members who will be so excited & appreciative to see all the needle point patterns & other options throughout all of the walls of the Shop ~ What a special hidden gem on a lovely tree-lined street, with plenty of on & off street parking along 44th St.,NW & Harrison St.,NW ~ Anyway who goes to this store will be so glad that they did ~ Most Sincerely Yours, Deborah”
