“Dr. Carter is incredible. She performed a very complicated surgery on my lower lip which needed to be removed and reconstructed. Her skill as surgeon was excellent. There is NO sign that a surgery was performed. Also her staff is the the best. Talented and positive and dedicated. I have met them all and they are wonderful. This is a reflection of Dr. Carter's professionalism and leadership. . It is not possible to give a higher recommendation to a doctor or a staff. One last point, Dr. Carter is a special person even when she is not being a doctor. She is the best.”

“Just moved in this storage recently due to my previous storage went up in price. So far I am liking it. When I first went in, had an issue with my unit but was able to exchange it with no problem. Was able to interact a bit with the staff and seemed very pleasant. The storage itself is very clean and the area is pretty spacious. The only thing is the elevator by our unit has no light in it which makes it a bit creepy. Won’t be using it at night. Other than that would def recommend:)”

“I travel from Silver Spring, MD to this Metro PCS store because of Cindy! She always provides excellent customer service. I could go to another store closer to my home, but I'd rather travel a little longer knowing that Cindy will do her best to help me with whatever issues I have. Today I went in because my phone charger would not fit into my phone. I thought maybe I had the wrong charger. Cindy took one look at my phone and the charger and said no its the right one. There was a piece inside my phone that was bent and that's why my charger wasn't fitting properly in the phone. The store was about to close but Cindy took my phone examined it- then opened it up. Next, she was able to push the piece that was preventing the the charger cord to fit properly into the phone and Wa-la! I can charge my phone again! Thank you Cindy! Cindy should be commended because she goes above and beyond to serve customers. Also, this has been my experience in the past, every time I'm greeted by Cindy at this location for Metro PCS.”
