“I went to this F45 while I was down in south Florida for the weekend. When my boyfriend and I went in we were greeted by the lead trainer, John. I just can’t say enough. His energy, his jumpsuit, his music choices, his constant motivation throughout the workout, and his ability to make that room his own for 45 minutes had me in shock. I wished I lived here just so I could go back and take more of his classes. The studio is beautiful and the workout was exactly what I am looking for in my strength training regimen.
