“My mother was in a medically induced coma for almost a month. The hospital did not do any type type of range of motion. When we were finally able to get them to wake her up she was so weak she could not move her left side. She was only able to barely move her right side a few inches. She ended up with a trach in her throat and a feeding tube. She was at Evergreen wood right around a month. They have helped her in every way to get better and strong to be able come back home. The hospital told her she would never be able to live at home again. The staff are caring and so helpful. The management staff are great. They care as much as the floor staff and are very knowledgeable. The therapy department amazing! They helped my mom to the extent she was able to do more for herself and walk further than she ever thought possibly again. I cannot thank everyone at Evergreen woods enough for all you help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did for my mom and all you do for all your patients on a daily basis.”

By real estate law he cannot talk to you, and he didn't. You had no conversations, no dealings with Larry. Your agent or maybe you and your wife set an astronomical price on a house that appraised way under that price. You should have had an appraisal from the beginning, something Larry insists on with his sellers. Larry did nothing for you - he sold your house. He sold your furniture to the buyer. Is there anything else he did for you? Oh yes when you had a package addressed to your old residence he went and got it and gave it to you. Mr. Chiaromonte you just don't want to accept the fact that you set the price, you did not find a buyer, you did not sell your furniture, you are pissed off and at the wrong person.”

It was a nice house and had everything you could imagine for a river home. Kayaks, inner tubes for tubing, and such clear water. “About 8 years ago, I had a need of an appliance and sought suggestions from co-workers. One recommended Famous Tate and they were right! The workers were helpful as I tried to figure out how to get the appliance. Now, Famous Tate is my go-to for new appliances, and the place I direct others in need. It got even better when they added free local delivery. Last week, when my dryer died, I immediately went on Famous Tate's website, researched a few choices, ordered, and set it for delivery. Within a few hours, I received a call to verify my order and to let me know I would receive a phone call the next day about delivery. Sure enough, I not only received the phone call, but an email, and a text message, as well. The delivery driver contacted me to let me know they found a dent on the side and asked if that was alright. I said it was, and he said they would be refunding me 10% of the price due to the dent. The delivery came within the window given and was smooth. They were understanding that the path I thought would work was not big enough, and were patient while I quickly cleared the way. The delivery man ensured I was okay with the dent and again stated I would receive 10% off for it. Before he left, he went through a checklist to ensure it was installed and worked. I highly recommend Famous Tate for any of your appliance needs!”
