“We all know the guilt trip of the typical Doctor. However Dr. Pineno saved me from false information given to me by a therapist. It was a scam that was quite sad . Due to the tricks the " therapist office" would pull for a larger bill. He has been my primary care for the last two years. Honestly its like talking to one of my friends on the golf course. He listens, which is most important. Versus a diagnosis without any background on daily life of his patient. Bravo my friend . Keep on fishing bro!! See ya for check ups with my mini me Emma!!”

“Talk about a blessing!! We can't say enough good things about Around the Ranch Pet Club. The facility is spotless and the fenced yard gives the pups plenty of room to run and play. They even have a pond (behind the fence, so no worries about gators) that allows for cooling down water play! We would not trust our dog Loki with ANYONE else. Getting daily updates during overnight stays keeps our minds at ease and brightens our day when we receive them. Already reserved a few upcoming stays and I am completely at ease knowing he will be taken care of while we are away.”

“I have not visited Dr. Small at his new location but when he practiced at Animal Hospital in Lakewood Ranch, he was our vet for approximately 10 years. During that time we had 4 different dogs with varying serious health issues. I have not had a more compassionate, gentle and professionally competent vet in my 40 years of dog ownership. When he left, I was led to believe he had relocated, so made no attempt to track him down but recently heard he is still in the area so will be calling immediately to see if he is taking “new” patients. By the way, I have been disappointed in the level of care with the group who took over when he left , but due to severe health issues myself, I stayed with them strictly for my own convenience. I cannot stress enough the personal and professional dedication Dr. Small exhibits to all his clients.”
