The double unit condos look a bit better, but a bit plain as well. Garages are separate buildings in front of the units. Unit I went into was decked out on the inside. Clearly was updated recently. There are more grandiose homes and condos nearby. It's a nice golf community, established, and this sub is a better price point. 4 stars because the value is present given what you can do to the interior, landscape, golf, etc.”

“My aunt has lived here for a few years now. The place is very clean and kept up, nicely decorated and furnished. It's very safe, you need a code or call a resident to get into the building. It is all wheelchair accessible and there are call buttons in the apartments in case of emergencies. The apartments are spacious with full kitchens and big bathrooms. It is a terrific solution for low income housing. I really don't think it deserves one star from some random person who met a grumpy resident. Lol.”
