“This is the most magical part of Magic Kingdom, perfect for any little Prince or Princess, and enchanting for the adults too. Lightning Lane will be a benefit if you have it for some of the more popular attractions as the standby queues can be lengthy. The Boutique is wonderful for any little one who loves to dress up (adult costumes not available), there are three packages to chose from, but bare in mind for overseas visitors tax is not included in the quoted price, be prepared to spend more. That said the smile on a child's face through the process is worth the money if you can splash out. The package we used included a dress, tiara, accessory, then hair, makeup, nail polish and a sash. Your child is treated like royalty while they are there and there is a photography studio around the corner when you're finished if you wish to avail of it. There are plenty of places to eat, however if you want to dine in Be Our Guest or Cinderella' Royal Tabel you would be strongly advised to book a table in advance, on either day we visited we had not done so and both restaurants were fully booked up for the days. Each land within Magic Kingdom however will give plenty of options for eating, whether it be eat in or take away. Queues for the fireworks can begin 90 minutes before show time so if you want a good vantage point of the castle be early. The show we witnessed lasted between 15 and 20 minutes and was packed full of music, fireworks and corresponding light show.”

At the beginning, we had some issues with the AC, but the guys literally took care of the problem without asking or hesitations. The staff is friendly, bilingual, responsible, and they will help you during the process. I would recommend this place to anyone in Florida (especially in the Central Florida area) who is trying to buy a great car for an affordable price. “Vinny's team was AWESOME! He had several people on site. He didn't ask for any money down until day one was complete, and then only asked for a third! His team did a FULL empty house paint job, fixed 2 drywall spots, fixed a stair banister, attempted to fix a fan for me, removed a giant stairlift, and reinstalled doors we had removed for my elderly mother! He did ALL of these add-ons in order to get the work (without adding much to the cost of what 2 other companies quoted me for just paint). They left the place clean with no carpet damage after the full paint. My only complaint was they painted over one outlet and a few spakling jobs could have been completed better, but these issues were not show stoppers. James was an awesome team leader - I'd ask for him! Luis helped tremendously with the fan issues. I tipped really well and they deserved it!”

This is a pet friendly community, office staff are extremely helpful. Rent is reasonably priced compared to other areas and the pools and grounds are kept cleaned. I would recommend if looking in the winter park area.”
