“I stayed there with my family for three nights. The location is really unique and excellent - just a short walk across a pedestrian crossing and after 100 meters you are at the large and at our time empty beach. The view of the bay from the rooms is also nice. The rooms are generally clean and there was nothing to complain about. Some of the furniture is already a bit older and showing its age, but in the operators' responses to other reviews one reads that they are in the process of renewing them. The employees were without exception friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier when we arrived and we were able to check out later when we left. Beach towels were provided upon request. Overall it was a very nice stay in a good suite with very friendly staff. I can absolutely recommend this accommodation.”

“Fun place to stay. Cute style and bright colors. Nice pool area. Very clean and felt safe. The beach is right across the street and walking distance to many things- shops, grocery store, restaurants. The playground at the beach entrance was a HUGE bonus for us. A/c worked great. Everything was clean. No bugs. Internet worked. Everyone was so friendly. It was nice to have the kitchen/appliances/utensils all stocked in the room and a full size fridge. The balcony room we had overlooked the pool area and it was nice to sit out there in the morning while eating breakfast and drinking coffee. The sunsets there were beautiful.”

“To start off, some reviews scared me after we booked. But the place was wonderful. Nothing fancy and not 5star quality, but it very cute and comfy. We came here for our 4th wedding anniversary. David, the property manager was very nice and welcoming. We got to take chairs, sand toys, pool floats down to the beach which was only a short walk away. There was also scooters to rent to ride the island on. The whole weekend was a blast. Take a chance a stay here, you will enjoy.”

It would of had 5 stars but the beds they were noisy and not the best but not the worst you could hear the springs in the bed whenever you moved or even sat down on the bed but the staff location made up for it. “Great location! Right across from the gorgeous beach. I am a snowbird who went to Florida without accommodations during busy season. Good idea (laughing at myself haha) Lisa had a cancellation and it worked for me. There’s a kitchen and the bed was really comfortable. Cozy, clean and quiet. I have an even greater appreciation because the spot I found AFTER (it was busy season so she was pretty booked) was not so pleasant & it made me think I have to write a positive review for Lisa & her lovely place & kept forgetting to do so until now.”

“Super friendly staff! Hotel was close to shopping, dining, and beach access. Robert was knowledgeable about the area, offering several dining options as well as entertainment. Check In/Check out were easy and communication with him made after hours check in a breeze. Rooms are smaller (if you’re doing a bigger family vacation) but would be absolutely perfect for a couples get away. Living room area has a futon that my two oldest kids slept on while my youngest and I slept in the bedroom. Decor is cute and the amenities were great. Overall our stay was absolutely perfect and will definitely be one we come back to again!”

“We stayed for 5 days in #44 and we loved it! Everything was very clean and up to date. It was the perfect space for 4 people. We will definitely be booking again in the future! The walk to the Beach is easy and the pool on site is the perfect size for kiddos to play in. The complex was quiet and we never had any issues with being disturbed by any other guests. #44 had some extra beach stuff left behind by previous families like beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach umbrella which was really nice. And there were also some beach towels provided! The location is great! It's so close to all kinds of things, including just a few minutes from John's Pass. We will definitely be back again!”

“My family and I just spent an entire week here, and it was Amazing!!! We actually ended up buying into a unit so we can return every year. Dawn, the manager, is doing a fantastic job making improvements to the property, and she always makes you feel welcome. Duane, the maintenance man, needs a serious pay raise!! He has to be on of the best I have ever seen!!! He keeps the property in spectacular shape! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the grounds and pool area were beautiful, and the beach was Amazing!”

“This place is still old school but still going strong. We stayed at the end of July unfortunately had to deal with Red Tide but that wasn't the hotels fault. The place is clean and the people are great. If you are looking for a quiet place no parties, no loud people, music just great family fun this is the place. Maybe the only down side is there is no balcony for each room but you can sit outside the room at a community style balcony on the second and third floor, not that big of a deal, at least for us. Again I hope the owner keeps this place going with the same hospitality of people and no party style atmosphere. I believe everyone I met has been going to this hotel for over 10 years, seriously you don't hear that to often and they all come back for the same reason; quiet, family atmosphere, and the family owners and staff. My family loved it Thank you....”

“We stayed at this hotel for two days. I chose it because it was still close to the beach and the price was good with a free breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was decent, the staff was amazing, and the bed was so comfortable it was better than my own bed at home. I never slept so good. The hotel is a little rundown but then again so are most of the hotels in this area. For the price, we had a great time. There is a bar on the second area that’s open till 11 PM. The bartender was very friendly and made great drinks. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“They catered to us for a one night stay, we are grateful. The rooms were clean and well made. The price was great. We were able to rest very well. They also have extra parking right across the street, very convenient. We are so thankful, my daughter left her IPHONE. They not only kept the phone aside, they held it for over a WEEK! “We arrived to our room with instructions on. This is a nice little spot only about 500 feet from the beach which appears to be very private as we had plenty of social distance. All of the people staying at the hotel were all very friendly and extremely helpful with getting familiar with all the hotels accommodations that were unclear. We did notice that we were missing a microwave the properties manager drove a few towns away to bring us a brand new one and show us the laundry area, and also took the time to explain anything else we needed to know. I can’t wait to visit again I was very pleased with the hotel and how it is dead center in the middle of everything. Only mins away from Johns Pass and as stated before you literally walk out your door directly on to the beach. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a grill on property.”
