“While visiting my in-laws in Largo, we decided to get my mom in law an early birthday present - a framed family photo. We wanted it fairly large, suitable for a blank wall in their home here in Florida. But we didn’t think of this idea until just 2 days before our flight home! Not to worry, we popped in and the folks here helped us out in less than 24 hours! When it was ready I arrived to pick up the most stunning photo, printed and framed just as we hoped. Although a bit of an issue with starting place and time, once contact was made, they arrived as stated and spent 10.5 hours moving furniture from a storage unit and a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. They were professional, took exceptional care of my furniture and other belongings, and even, after an extremely long , hot day, they took the time to make sure I was happy with the furniture placement in the new home. Fantastic crew and would definitely hire them again.”

“I wanted a Pentair VST Pool pump, but they were unavailable last week so, I ordered a StaRite Pump. The folks at Pinch a penny knew that I preferred the Pentair. Today, Matt came to install the new pump. Due to the caring nature of the Pinch A Penny staff and Carrie, he brought with him a new Pentair VST. How they were able to find that pump I don’t know, but I’m sure it took a lot of extra effort. I am Enormously pleased. I watched as Matt installed the new pump and was extremely impressed with his expertise. He made it look so easy. In addition let me say that he was also just a really fine man. I have been a customer of this store for 18 years and have always been positively impressed with the staff. Thanks to Carrie and her staff for the years of support they have given me.”

The hearing aids were fitted and adjusted and they have dramatically improved my hearing. Jim even assisted me with a phone app that is used in conjunction with the hearing aids. I went back for a follow up visit a few days later. Being new to hearing aids the visit was more for my own validation that I was wearing them correctly and getting the most out of the devices.
