Patti promptly called me back, gave me all the details, and immediately sent the wait-list form. She couldn't have been more pleasant. Having owned a business in the City of Baltimore and having dealt with the City government on a regular basis, I am sensitive that these municipalities have very small budgets and are often forced to burden their employees beyond their original "job description" which can cause some days to be trying for them.
