“I took my 11 years old nephew for a consultation for fungal toenail and I was little afraid of what to expect. Once I got there everybody was very friendly and the doctor did the consultation and explain us all the options that we had to save the nail. He was very patient since my family speaks other language, we translate everything to get the whole information. The assistant did the clean up ( shape the toenail ) to start with the laser treatment ( we did 3 sessions to increase the chance of good results ) and medication (daily lotions and solutions ). The medicine is really easy to use and everything seems working good. The results for this type of fungus takes longer time but I’ll keep it post once we get the results. My nephew felt really comfortable with them :)”

“So helpful! I got If Bees Could Talk information from the Pinellas Bee Keeper's Association website when I noticed hundreds of honey bees swarming around a tree in my backyard. There were tons of them, but I couldn't see if they were coming from the tree, inside the tree, or from their hive somewhere else. Normally I wouldn't mind these guys, but with a newborn in the house, I started to get nervous when they started landing on me to say "hi!" I knew I didn't want to call an exterminator, so I thought I'd see if some bee keepers could help me out. The first person I called said they charged $250 to come out and couldn't guarantee they wouldn't come back. He didn't even ask me any specifics about the situation, so I thought I'd try If Bees Could Talk and spoke with Nancy. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Not only did she get right back to me, she was so helpful. She was able to identify the tree through photos, and gave me tips for trying to spot a hive, if there was one in the tree. There wasn't. She offered to come check it out for me, but was certain it was just the tree in bloom and was prime eating for the bees. Just like she predicted, they were gone in another week. So happy I didn't waste the money to have that other guy come out. Nancy was super helpful, and so nice. Can't say enough good things about the experience.”

“Stopped in on my lunch for a slice of pizza take out but they do not serve pizza by the slice but they did offer a mini. I was surprised that the place was packed on a Thursday. They were busy. It took a little longer than expected for a to go mini pizza (about 20 mins) but the staff was very friendly and apologized for the wait. The restaurant was very clean and had good atmosphere. They cut the pizza in squares which is fine but in a mini it was cut into too small of pieces and as I was trying to eat it the toppings were falling off as I was trying to eat it.”

“My adventure started at the free-standing advent health ER on US HWY 19. The staff there was amazing. I went there for upper right abdominal pain. After testing and ultra sounds it turned out my gallbladder was the culprit. As a pretty healthy 22 year old this was a shock, I thought maybe I was being dramatic, and I almost opted into being discharged. But my body was telling me something was wrong, so I chose to be transferred to advent health North Pinellas. Upon arrival I was greeted by my first nurse, Lorin. She was on the 8th floor with me. I immediately felt a sense of comfort from her, as I was scared of what was coming for me. I only had Lorin for a couple hours that night before my night nurse Chris came in. Chris was my nurse for two nights, and he offered me support and comfort during a scary time for me. I was alone during the night as my family went home, but Chris always made me feel like I was safe there. When I found out I needed to have my gallbladder removed, it was a pretty shocking bit of news to receive. Chris talked me through what happened when he got his gallbladder removed, and gave me some peace of mind. The next day, I was still on the 8th floor and my nurse was Becca. Becca was so sweet, caring, and showed me empathy during a very scary time. She was gentle and made sure I was ok before doing anything else. She even gave me a hug when her shift ended and she was leaving me. I had Lorin as my nurse on the day of my surgery. She was able to get me some medicine to help me calm down and she truly cared about me. She was so thoughtful and kind. She even checked on me after surgery when I got moved to the 7th floor. I had two nurses on the 7th floor, Liz and Roz. They were both amazing and I can’t say enough good things about them. They helped me after my surgery and took great care of me. I can’t get over how amazing the staff was here, from the housekeeping, to the transporters, to the techs, to the nurses, to the doctors. The tech on the 8th floor, Nikki she was so sweet and amazing too! There were a couple other techs , i don’t remember their names but they were great. Even the radiologist looked out for me during my CT scan and helped me advocate for myself! I don’t remember her name but she was so nice! I felt supported and helped by every single one of them. This was a very scary experience for me as a young person who had never even been admitted into a hospital before and now I was having to have surgery. I wish I could personally thank and hug every single person that took care of me during my stay from 2/22/23-2/25/23 on the 8th floor and the 7th floor. And to the surgeon, Dr. Frattini and the surgical staff including the pre-op and post-op staff, I was on a lot of medication so I do not remember everything but I do remember you guys being kind and careful. Dr. Frattini did a great job and treated me as if he had known me forever. He was personable and caring. This whole experience was something I never imagined myself going through, especially not at this point in my life. It can feel scary and lonely but the staff here at advent health never made me feel scared or alone. I felt a sense of comfort and security here. Thank you!”

“We have been patients at this practice for 10 years as my oldest is 10 years . I have 3 children . Dr Pai, all the providers and the team have always been nothing short of amazing. All my 3 kids currently see Richard Wolf APRN. He is very thorough and always explains everything in a way that “it makes sense”. He is knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I had a few times where I was in panic mode and called the on-call line and the service they offer is literally out of this world . Not only do they go out of your way to make things happen , but in such a timely manner. They literally care about their patients and their family members . Another time my son was sick and Rich offered to get him in asap and I was able to drop him off and he came and saw in the parking lot. I was able to do this while on my lunch break.I could seriously go on and on and on for the exceptional service this team offers. I highly highly recommend this practice.
