“I hate dental work of any kind. My first baby tooth had to be pulled and so I think I was traumatized. With that, any work is met with a high degree of anxiety for me. For my visit at Bright Now with Dr. Jimenez, three wisdom teeth needed to come out (impacted and one had erupted). I put this off for 10 (TEN) years. My first consult with a different place had me in tears and quoted me around $3,000. But then I went to Bright Now and Dr. Jimenez explained I only needed three wisdom teeth out and none of the other work was needed (that the other place had told me). I saved A LOT of money (procedure was less than $1,000) and everyone from the front office to surgeon calmed my fears. I HIGHLY recommend this place! I can’t say enough nice things about literally EVERYONE there! I’m so happy to have my wisdom teeth out and I’m recovering and healing very nicely with minimal discomfort and swelling. :) -Jessica D.”

“We initially called and left a message. Phylis, the owner called us back Promptly and was very helpful explaining what she had to offer . She showed up exactly on time and her animals were a huge hit with our boys and the rest of the birthday party. The money was well spent and personally I think it was a bargain considering how happy all the children were. Phyllis even stayed at the party extra time without increasing her fee. Overall, super pleased.”

“Dr. Brooks and his staff are incredible. They have helped me with my rabbits and Dr. Brooks even came back in after leaving because I totally forgot my appointment time once. No attitude, no bad manners, just a caring vet who wanted to help me. I've always been able to go in the back with no issues. Also, after the last hurricane, my brother's pit bull was hit by a car. Everywhere was closed. I was rushing through Bartow with a very injured dog in my back seat hollering for help. I noticed Dr. Brook's truck in the driveway so I pulled in. He wasn't even open but rushed out immediately and did not hesitate to pick up a full grown, bloody, and scared Pit needing emergency help. He didn't turn me away and Nicole at the front was there and was the most sweetest, most caring person helping me calm down. Dr. Brooks helped our big boy cross the rainbow bridge that day due to his substantial injuries. He took x-rays and made sure we made the right choice. He made sure he was cleaned up, and that he wasnt feeling any pain under sedation. He even waited HOURS for my brother to come back from Orlando to say goodbye to his best friend. He let our ENTIRE family in the back to say goodbye to our big boy and never rushed us. This place was closed that day. By miracle, Dr Brooks and Nicole were there to check on the building after the hurricane. He didn't have to help us but he chose too. I cannot say enough good things about this place. For anyone saying he is a bad vet, I'm sorry. Dr. Brooks if you're reading this, I'd like to say thank you for that day. And thank you for the help with my rabbits and being the kind hearted vet you are. I have a new puppy, and I'll be seeing you soon!”
