“We've been coming to Siesta Key for years, and this was a great find for us this trip. The location is perfect: 1 minute walk to Beach Access 2, and a 5 minute walk into the village. The rooms are clean and recently renovated, with everything you could need in them. By far, the best part is the owner, Brad. We planned our latest trip (sort-of) at the last minute, and when we first arrived in Siesta Key had some minor issues with our room. Throughout the whole process, Brad was patient, understanding, easy to get a hold of, and did everything he could to accommodate us and quickly fix any problems, definitely going above and beyond any expectations! I can't say enough good things about this place and it's owner! Parrot Beach Cottages is a hidden gem in the village of Siesta Key, and we will definitely be coming back!”

“First time in this location and I loved it. Quiet complex. King bed is sleep number👍🏻 Cross the street beach also not crowded. Feels like I’m far away from everything but in a same time I’m in town. It’s only 5 minutes from cvs and publix. Only 1 minus, water pressure is low and water in master bedroom sinks going away very slow. Other than that 👍🏻”

“A perfect Getaway, perfect host, perfect stay! This is the second time we have vacationed at the Old Man & the Sea Inn. If you want an easy, relaxing trip look no further. Literally steps from the beach. Such a convenience to be so close to the beach and be able to run back for lunch, a drink or a bathroom break when you are soaking in the glorious sun. I can't say enough about the host Dan. He is literally a text away to quickly respond about choices of restaurants, suggestions, or anything you might need. There are so many beach chairs for you to choose from, sand toys for the kids, boogie boards - all for each guest to use. The rooms are clean, spacious enough, and perfect for your vacation needs. You truly don't even need a car (although every room has a parking spot). We used instacart to deliver our groceries and plopped ourselves on the beach. At night you could venture out and take the free jitney into town. The beach is amazing. Picture perfect. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it here so much and we will definitely be back!!!!”

“We just got home and this was the best vacation in a long while. Place was clean, cute as could be, and we may so many friendly people staying here. Steps from the gorgeous white sand, and just steps the other way to the pool. We love that it is far enough from the village to be out of the crowds down there but so close to the trolley you can be there in no time at all. Our unit was beautiful and we loved having a spot to hang our suits out back to dry after a day of fun!”

“We have stayed here several times. First time was back in August of 2006. It has never disappointed us. Quick walk to the beach. The pool, hot tub and outdoor amenities are great. There are grills to cook on and the landscaping makes you feel like you're in a tropical retreat! We love staying here and we have referred many friends to this place. The condos have all seemed updated and very clean. So much to do in the area. This place a little distance from the downtown area, but the beach and area is not real busy and is very relaxing. They supply chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Their sometimes even other beach toys available as well. You should definitely consider staying here!”

“We are frequent visitors at the Buckingham Club. This year , we spent an extended period of time with residents. Mike and Sandy, the managers were amazing. They were fantastic ambassadors for Buckingham Club. Under the circumstances, they made our stay fun and relaxing. In addition to Mike and Sandy, the inclusive nature was also seen in the other residents. They invited us (and our children) to events like shuffleboard tournaments & other outdoor activities while safely social distancing. “Fabulous sunsets!! This small resort is definitely a small and mighty location. Has several pools to enjoy. Is going through renovations on one building. The access to beach is wonderful and the gazebos are great for the summer heat. Get there early to get your spot. The units are individually owned so they all have different decor and floor plans. During the day enjoy the grill close to the beach gazebo and the lounge chairs. The beach is clean and guest only area. Will definitely visit again.”

“Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club was nice not luxury nice but, pretty clean, had everything we needed and close to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms had plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. If you are going for a trip and don't care about frills and being on the beach...this was a pretty great location and on the trolly route as well as all the top powered rides. It was definitely worth the trip.”

“My wife, two puppies and myself rented the Blue Lagoon bungalow from Rich and Ali of Siesta Bungalows for 6 months while relocating. From the moment of first contact, through to vacating we had the most wonderful experience. This absolutely fully furnished property is a true gem. Minutes walk or cycle to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the vibrant village of Siesta Key. Palm Island, where the property is found, is like stepping back in time. A wonderful friendly and beautiful neighborhood. The property is exceptionally decorated, immaculately clean and well furnished. We needed only turn up with our clothes, everything else was catered for. I cannot recommend Siesta Bungalows enough and will happily direct any visiting family or friends their way. Rich and Ali are two of the most warm & friendly people we have met. Unbelievably welcoming and accommodating, who we now regard as close friends. From Palm Island, after vacating, we relocated just down the road, they welcomed us into the community, introduced us to their lovely friends and also us to their wealth of local contacts to assist in the updating of our new home. To reiterate, if you are looking for a hassle free, wonderfully maintained and beautiful property to rent in the Sarasota area, I implore you to look no further than Siesta Bungalows.
