“We were craving Chinese takeout tonight and I didn't feel like driving to our favorite restaurant, (Fire Wok), at Vilano Beach. I remembered reading that a new family from Chicago took over the China Wok in the Winn-Dixie North Plaza and decided to give them a try. I was honestly a little nervous as this place used to have, IMO, the worst Chinese food in all of St. Augustine. I have given them a few chances over the years and the food was always terrible. Our experience tonight was totally different. When I went in to pick up our order I noticed the restaurant was extremely clean and repainted with murals on the walls, (a huge difference from before as it always appeared dingy). The lady who gave me my my order was also extremely kind. We ordered Hot and Sour Soup,(extra spicy), Egg drop and Wonton Soup, Beef with Broccoli and Szechuan Beef, (extra spicy). What a huge difference from before! Every single thing we ate was delicious...they even made my dishes extra spicy as requested. The included egg rolls were obviously hand made, flavorful and not greasy at all. I'm happy we decided to give this place another try and would recommend it based on tonight's experience.”

“Dr Ansaarie is a wonderful Doctor. He's patient, kind and very thorough. My Aunt has had ongoing back, hip and leg pain for many years. She developed a toe ulcer, we went to see him and he recommended vascular testing, She had a triple AAA bypass, which saved her foot, and is recovering beautifully. I would trust my life with him. His staff are also friendly, knowledgeable, caring and kind. They all treat you like you are family. I recommend them highly. Thank you Dr Ansaarie, and staff. “Found this place after reading reviews and wanted to try it. It is a golf club and when we arrived there was a golf club event going on and a buffet set up. They were nice enough to accommodate us with a seat overlooking the patio and golf course. The view was wonderful. Our server was great and we ordered a couple of recommended cocktails. Yummy! We ordered their nachos and prime rib French dip with side salads. They were changing the fry oil so we could not try anything fried but that was not needed. Everything was flavorful and well done. Happy from beginning to end.. and seeing some wild turkeys make their way across the greens was a fun treat!”

“Three weeks ago we stayed at this hotel when we were returning from vacation with my family. A great place to spend the night after a long road. We had a clean room. We used the pool outside, it was very clean, and the small relaxation area near the pool looked very well maintained. Breakfast was not very varied, but you will not stay hungry. I'm also a baker (on my feet staring down at a counter for hours) Alana does great massage work on my back, shoulders, and neck in tandem with acupuncture treatments.
