“As an Uber & Lyft driver, i was renting cars through Hertz Rideshare and was getting terrible service and cars with mechanical issues. Broken AC, Bad tires etc. Ever since I heard about AmeriDrive, It has been an absolute pleasure and it has saved me money and given me piece of mind. If i were to finance a brand new car and put a ton of miles on it doing rideshare, I would be out of warranty and would have to pay for repairs while making payments. I would be trapped. Been there done that! With Ameridrive, I am able to lease a car week by week or month by month and turn it in anytime or swap out and not have to worry about mileage or maintenance. This is perfect for me as I am a Rideshare driver. I literally can have my cake and eat it to. Their cars are absolutely amazing and they take great care of them. “Renting a car from these lovely folks was really a pleasure! I was having my car repaired at an auto body shop down the street and this was a very convenient place to fill my transportation needs for the week. The office was very busy on this Monday morning, but I was waited on quickly treated with courtesy. The car I had ordered had not been returned yet, so they cheerfully upgraded me at noextra charge. They called later in the day to be sure that I was happy with the car and that all my needs had been met. Of course they picked me up and dropped me off again when my car was finished later in the week. An excellent experience all around!”

“I rent often and can say that this office tries hard to create a good customer experience. They always welcome you warmly when you enter and they treat you professionally in processing your request. However, the one area they fall short is on picking up those that need it. Despite their ads "We'll pick up up", etc. It is difficult. I once checked the box, that I needed to be picked up and it did not happen. So, there on, I call. Sometimes I've called early and sometimes near the time of my rental. Nothing seems to work. My guess is they are limited in staff and they all do multiple tasks. This recent time, I must have called four times reminding them that I needed to be picked up. I'm grateful that all this happened before I was to leave on my trip. I needed to pick up the car before the office closed so that I could start my morning before 6am . I had a 9 am meeting to attend in Daytona. Just for the record, they guy who picked my up was quite nice, respectful and apologetic.”
