“Today's the first day that we have driven with Medical City Transportation so they did wonderful as a first day service let's hope that they keep up their professionalism and on-time service. We have driven with the majority of all the companies that are provided to us, But for the past three to four my son has not been able to get to any of his appointments because the transportation services provided never picked us up, came to hours passed his appointment time, or never picked us up for return pick up and left us stranded for the night. My son was diagnosed with autism and he needs to be seen twice-weekly for his speech therapy none of these appointments can be missed. That's why I hope this company works out for us.”

They did not offer me what's available at the same price, but it was only a $2 difference so I paid it. However it should have been a free upgrade, if they don't have the car you reserved at the time of reservation.”

“Rented a luxury level vehicle for a weekend trip. Enterprise provided me with a nice BMW convertible. I was very happy with the rental (unfortunately the weather wasn't ideal for a convertible); it was great on gas and fun to drive. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only knock is the rental was a bit dirty when I picked it up, but they did offer to clean it for me...I just didn't have time to wait. Overall, great experience.”
