“I worked with Rebekah to book the golf cart. She was patient in advising me and gathering needed info to book. All details were great. Rate better than companies on island. Renting the cart was clutch for the families from out of town staying in beachhouse. No need for driving. Little done. The cart was an older model and occasionally backfired which was a little alarming but got us around just fine. We rented a 6 person cart. Thank Rent and Ride!”

Joe was the one who assisted me and the interaction was quick and seamless and he was able to change the drop off location on his end with no issues. Wish I would've just called them directly the first time and saved myself the headache of two phone calls with the generic customer service but we were happy to finally get great assistance.
