“I had a great experience at this location--I was a bit disappointed that the 1800 Enterprise line guaranteed a specific vehicle for me (even sent an email --I made the reservation the same day for pick up) and when I arrived I was told they do not rent those types of vehicles to FL residents--but that is not the fault of this location, it was 1800 Enterprise giving me incorrect info. I was given a nice car but upon getting int the vehicle the tire pressure light came on, they immediately gave me another vehicle, just as nice as the one I initially wanted. Vehicle was clean and the process to check in and return was efficient. I need to rent another vehicle next week so i hope to get the same experience. Thee is an Enterprise that is closer to me and will pick me up also but this location has such a beautiful fleet of vehicles that I will return. Staff was all very friendly and I saw all safety precautions in place. Very pleased!!”

“For us the process was quick and easy in mid March - actually they could offer a bit more information on pick-up as we were renting a car in the US for the first time. This is a general comment though, we noticed that customer service personnel are not very talkative in other places as well. Another nice surprise was the car we received: we paid for the Ford Focus or similar category and drove a 2019 Jeep. Finally, we dropped off the car at a different location (Miami International) where again, it went very smoothly with no unexpected fees (we filled in the gas tank before arriving). All in all, very pleased with this experience.”
