EVERYTHING went as smoothly and professionally as it could possibly go--car was perfectly detailed, paperwork was done online with ease and I was in and out in less than an hour (they even sent a Lyft to pick me up from the airport)! Carters auto repair are few and far between. there is not many high quality and honest repair men anymore left out there. I've worked in service industry for 30+ years and this shop is A+ , 5 Star , Premium. I have been all shops in Nassau County and they all want to pick and choose the easy repair work and say it will be 2 to 4 weeks for repairs because they don't want to do the work or give a outlandish Price $$$$$. “Robbie and 441 auto clinic was great. My wife's belt broke on her I called 441 and talked to Robbie it was a little late in the evening close to 5pm. He still took a look at her car and said wt was wrong and told her to bring it back in the morning. She drop it off in the morning and he fix the belt and check the pulles and they was gd he call later that morning and everything was fix. I live on the far westside of town but the customer service here is top notch so to me it is worth my time and drive. Today I arrived pretty late - almost closing time but without hesitation I was signaled to get in line. I had the pleasure of meeting Jay and Noah this afternoon and both of them were extremely polite and had a smiles on their faces the entire time they interacted with me. They were the absolute BEST!!
