I was told they would not work on my van because it is eleven years old and they don’t work on anything older than 10 years. My husband is a recent leg amputee and he can only fit in the front passenger seat. While heading home I noticed your company. I pulled in and in desperation I walked into your office and explained the situation. One of your office staff went out to look and in a couple of minutes, he removed the faulty part and told us he could order the part. Fast forward a week and they received the part and replaced it. I live in NY so wasn't familiar with the area nurseries. After 3 phone calls to other local nurseries I called La Roche and spoke to a very nice man named Chris. I told him what I was looking for and he suggested a Meyers lemon tree and a Tangelo tree. I also needed delivery to my parents home. Chris asked when do you need them there? I said by Monday as that's my dads birthday. Chris said I can get them delivered today which was the Friday prior. I just want to say Thank you for help in selecting the trees as well as the prompt delivery and great customer service.”

The best part of all is that I was surprised with the most SPECIAL cookie in the whole world - one of my actual wedding dress (see photos!). I could not have asked for a better treat for my special day. There was so much love and care poured into these cookies. They also were delivered all the way to Indiana and were IMPECCABLE.
