“I am so glad I found Hunter’s Cafe! Driving back to Fayette County from Oconee, I was hoping to find a good local spot for breakfast and boy, did I hit the jackpot! Wonderful country cooking reminded my of my grandmothers cooking as a child. Heather was so sweet and rest of the ladies there were very nice as well. Excellent selection of all of your southern favorites for breakfast. The prices are very fair and tue food was perfect. I tried a pancake - amazing! For one it’s about as large as the plate but the texture is the just right balance between light and fluffy (not thick and dense) with a buttery sweet taste and crispy edge. If you like tasty friendly county dining you’ve gotta give Hunter’s Cafe a try. Next time I’m in town I’m definitely stopping by.”

“The biggest downfall of this particular chick n run is how busy they are. Which causes service to be a little slow sometimes. Walk in to-go orders have taken between 15-25mins to get to me, but given how busy they are it's actually not that bad. The workers have always been very kind to me and the chicken salad sandwich meals I always get are very delicious, Highly recommend.”

“I'm giving Fresh Air a four out of respect for the institution as I know it is beloved by many. But objectively I would normally give it a three as it's just not my kind of barbecue. They've been in business since 1929 and there's a constant line during lunch time. I have friends who drive an hour each way once a month to eat fresh air barbecue. So it has its fans. The key is they use a strongly vinegar-based sauce, and they do not have other alternatives. The last time I went I even brought my own sauce, but I just didn't care for the meat as much as many other places I go that have that style of barbecue. I found it a bit dry relative to what I normally enjoy. Facilities are rustic and suitable for the type of restaurant. They have a nice expansion area with long tables and brand new bathrooms that makes it easier to eat inside than it used to be from old memory. Fresh Air has so many advocates including some friends who consider themselves barbecue experts. So I'm going to say it's worth a stop and you can draw your own conclusion. And no way should this be interpreted as demeaning or negative it's just not my kind of barbecue, nor that of my family and some of my other friends.”

“We drove some time from the city to come here and meet some friends…. All I can say is that it is certainly an interesting place. Music was really good but they do need to expand their selection some. Our group requested several really popular songs and DJ had no clue what we were talking about. He also had like 4 people hanging out with him at the DJ booth so he really wasn’t paying much attention to non-regular song requests. That was fine, we still had a great time and would come here again if we are ever in the area.”

I went to celebrate my 20th wedding Anniversary with my daughter and boyfriend since we were on vacation and we didn't realize that they closed at 9pm and we got there around 8:30pm and quickly ordered our drinks and dinner and then was surprised with an ice cream sundae. The staff was amazing and told us to take our time and enjoy our dinner and we left around 9pm. Dinner, drinks and dessert were delicious. Not once did we feel rushed and it was our last night in town and they made us feel like we were regulars that came in everyday for a bite to eat. Thank you so much for a very memorable anniversary even if my husband wasn't with us. Definitely will be back when in Georgia very soon 🥰❤️🎉”

“Fire and Ice is just plain cool! It's a great location, has a cozy vibe and serves up some very good pizza at a great price. It's basically in the back of a neighborhood so you'd never know it was there unless you were looking for it. I went on a Friday for lunch. It's outdoor seating so be sure the forecast is in your favor to really enjoy this place. I ordered a person sized pepperoni pizza which was only seven bucks. It was a hot, cheesy, tavern style pizza. Great cheese pull and the crust was on the thinner side but had a great chew with a slight crisp to the bottom. I could have eaten two of them! The pizza was only made better by the great view from the patio seating. I enjoyed being there. Great lunch!! I'll be back to try their burgers.”

“I had a really good experience with Bamboo Landscaping & Building Co. I needed to fix the tiling in the kitchen and to install wooden floors for the upstairs office. I chose Bamboo Landscaping because they provided the services I needed and could complete the job within the next couple of weeks. Additionally, It was easy to find a time to meet as they had a flexible schedule. The guys that came were professional and explained their pricing really well. They also explained their services in depth and what they would be able to offer. They were able to calculate the amount of tiles I would need for the kitchen and they gave me an exact quote on how much the service would cost. After a week, the kitchen tiling was done very well and there we no issues with it. Furthermore, I had also asked them to install wooden floors in the office and they helped me relocate the desk and other furniture to another room. The office flooring was done well and they even helped me purchase a different set of wheels for our chair. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bamboo Landscaping to anyone looking for contracting services.”
