“Owner of WRB Diesel Inc in response to Jerome Giddens This was on your invoice - NO WARRANTY ON TRANSMISSION / CLUTCH- BELL HOUSING BOLTS WERE CROSS THREADED - SOME BOLTS WERE MISSING - TRANSMISSION SEPARATING FROM TOP Customer refused to make repairs which voided any warranty on the clutch. Also, truck was missing motor mounts. We urged you not to take truck off the yard as it was a danger to others to be on the road. Customer asked mechanic how long he had with transmission and we could not even guarantee it leaving the yard without the necessary repairs. This is a DOT violation waiting to happen. If you see JayDay Express driving down the road please get away from it as it is a danger to anyone on the road.”

“I hate going to salons and letting other people touch my hair because I always have horrific experiences. From the lowliest chain salon to the highest end full on salon, I have hated them all. So I went in thinking I was going to come out crying. Yeah, I know, I’m SUUUUUUUPER optimistic 😅. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I came in wanting color and extensions. What I gave them to work with was a head of box dye black mullet that was about shoulder length. It was not a fair or fun playing ground lol. I was able to book same day with Rosalynda and get an extensions consultation. I go in, Rosalynda asks my preferences and what I have done in the past and then she brings over the girl for extensions. Regrettably, I have forgotten her name. What I haven’t forgotten is that she told me no. She said I couldn’t get extensions because my hair was too short and uneven so I need at least an inch or two of growth to make it easier for her to blend the extensions in. It sounds like I’m mad about it, but I am anything but. I may not have gotten everything I wanted when walking in there, but I got what I needed and something that was budget friendly to me. She could just as easily been like “oh yeah for sure! We will order the hair and go ahead and do it!” Which she would have if I had pushed for it. But I respect her so much for not doing it. She could have been shiesty and charged me the max for work she didn’t want to do, but instead, she looked out for the customer and that speaks VOLUMES. As for Rosalynda, she was an absolute joy. She is one of the sweetest and down to earth people I’ve ever met and she made my experience incredible. I highly recommend this salon if you couldn’t tell.”

“I wanted to get a simple blood test, and when I called the day before Thanksgiving the receptionist was incredibly helpful and thorough. He was able to clearly list everything and informed me what I needed to know, as well as next steps and what to expect. Today when I arrived, the girls at the front were welcoming and nice. Daphne came and got me and was just really caring and compassionate from start to finish. She was incredible with drawing blood too! First person in a long time that didn't blow my vein trying to get blood. Dr. Cutter was very genuine and caring. As well as informative and thorough. Still can't believe I went for health care inside a Walmart, but beyond impressed and thankful for the ability to do so in such a quick manner. The prices for being uninsured were great too, especially before the holidays when money is already tight. Thank you Dr. Cutter and staff!”
