Recently started going here for watch battery replacement/repair, and necklace repair. I've shopped at alot of jewelry stores and some were okay and some not. This place is hands down the best most friendliest jewelry store I've ever been to. I highly recommend!!!

I have been a customer for years. I had them hand make a custom wedding ring for my wife 23 years ago. It has been great and still looks great. I have had them fix a lot of watches I have bought over the years and never had a problem. I even took in my boss's watch in today for repair. If that doesn't say I have trust in them I don't know what does. Lose or mess up my boss's $3000 watch I probably don't have a job. But I'm not even worried!

My family loves Dana and Raymond. They have made custom pieces for me, for my sister, and most recently my son. With a picture of a ring, his girlfriend favored, and loose stones, my son went to see Dana and Raymond. After much discussion and planning they made a ring for him. On reveal/pick up day, we all went with my son to pick up the engagement ring. It was perfectly beautiful. When he asked his love to marry him and presented the ring, she said yes. My future daughter-in-law loves her ring. The ring is beautiful and is perfect for her. Personally I believe her ring is more beautiful than the picture of the inspiration piece.
