“The most beautiful wedding venue! As a wedding photographer, this venue is a gem. So many beautiful photo spots, and secluded by trees yet still in town and easily accessible for your wedding guests. Don't hesitate to book this venue! The owners are also so nice and accommodating!”

“Carol was a great host. By the time we left, we felt like we had been old friends. Breakfast was great along with the views. The beds were very comfortable. I was there from Wisconsin for a service after the loss of my nephew in the area, and Carol was very comforting about the situation. She knew him and we had some great conversations about him and the area. Also we had the opportunity to watch a meter shower at night.”

“We are staying in the park during the winter months as we live off grid during the spring and summer months and it has been great. Anytime we have had any issues (ie.frozen water) it was taken care of right away and they went above and beyond to make sure it would not happen again. Everyone is very nice to work with. Every time it snows the park is plowed so we don't have to worry about getting stuck. It's also a great place to see some wildlife, we have deer and elk that come through all the time our dogs love to watch them. The only con I have is there is no dumpster at this time for trash so we have to go to the dump which right now is difficult because of the snow. But we love living here in the park in Garden Valley/Crouch area.”

“My husband and I loved our stay. We were celebrating our anniversary with a quick weekend trip to the Boise area and our stay was wonderful. We stayed in the train room and it was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was great, we both slept very well. The shared living area was very nice to have especially because we brought our 2 year old with us. We were able to put him to bed and watch a movie in the other room. All the extra little touches made us feel at home and very accommodated. Breakfast was delicious. Communication was also very good.”

“We had our first stay here as they hosted out Cowboy Poetry entertainers, it is amazing. Love the decor in the cabins. The claw foot bathtub was awesome to soak in, besides they have hot tubs to enjoy if you prefer that. They did a pig roast for us and I don't think I have ever had better!”

“Nice RV campground for a few nights. Starlight Theater next door was a nice surprise and a fun show for an evening. Expect the added sounds from the evening show and associated theater camp activities. Keep in mind, this campground only has a community water spigot and no dump site. NOTE: Lots of construction activity and noise in Mid-July '23...you may wish to check before you go.”

“I'd leave a 1 start rating - to try to discourage more people from attending, BUT IT WOULD BE A HUGE LIE! My Family and I loved it!”

“Wow, what a great store, especially for a small town. You can get whatever you need, literally. Lots of fishing supplies, camping, and whatever you are looking for, I’m sure you will find it here. They even have a great little cafe, with killer food. Prices are all reasonable as well. The staff are all very nice and helpful. My new go to store here, while visiting horseshoe bend. How did I never go in before, but I’m glad I did today. Killer food too, thanks guys. 2 BBQ beef sliders, with fries… $7.99. It was jammin, homemade, and I ate it as all! See you soon guys.”

“Four stars for being fast, friendly, reasonably priced and very helpful. They got me in to a spare site without a reservation at the busiest time of year and everything worked well. A convenient location with many local businesses within walking distance - I would go back!”
Address: 2538 Middle Fork Boise River Rd, Boise, ID 83716, USA
“The whole place was clean and the cabins were larger then I expected. Comfy beds and a mostly full kitchen. Being right next to the river was amazing and the hot spring tub was relaxing and healing though I do wish they had seats in them. I was refreshed and happy after a single night there. The one downside was the last part of the road it caused some suspension and undercarriage issues but the rest of the road was newly refurbished.”

“I was passing through and looking for a reasonable room with my dog. This was a good spot. Clean and affordable. The blankets smelled clean and the bed was as comfy! Simple and clean is all you can ask for really. The staff was nice and two different women greeted my dog with treats. She was happy to have her own bed for the night, too.”

“Jerusalem is just east of Horseshoe Bend, Idaho and is the most beautiful, pristine place! The campground is absolutely gorgeous, and is a perfect base camp for soaring over and among the mountain tops and majestic trees of Jerusalem Valley with Zip Idaho. We enjoyed whitewater rafting at Cascade Rafting, eating at the made-from-scratch restaurants in Horseshoe Bend, and jumping off the train trestle bridge to begin an easy lazy float down the lower main of the Payette River among the deer and the eagles.”

“It was a good overnight spot in an absolutely gorgeous location right off of the highway. The owner was very nice and helpful. We were disappointed that we were put in a spot with no sewer hook-up. It wasn't discussed when I made the reservation and wrongly assumed that we had one. The park was about empty when here, so I think full hook-up spots were available, and could probably have switched, but by the time we realized it, we didn't wish to move. No big deal. Laundry and showers were available, though we didn't use them and fast wifi (Starlink, I think, as we saw dishy on the outside of the store), which we did use. We were happy to not have to set up our own Starlink dish since we were here just one night. The store was a huge bonus. We were surprised to find a lovely chilled, dry rose wine from CA for a reasonable price and enjoyed it immensely. They have all kinds of gift items, including jewelry available for sale. Nice stuff. Also, food such as you would expect to find at any gas station affiliated place: hotdogs, pizza, snacks. We were hoping for more in the way of food offerings, but it didn't matter, as we had our own. They had an excellent candy store, with homemade chocolates, fudge, old fashioned candies and ice cream. How delightful! Lattes too!! This is a pleasant location for an overnight stay. It was clean and well- maintained. We wouldn't want to hang outside with all of the mosquitos, but we didn't need to. I would absolutely stay here again if were were on our way through.”

“I recently stayed here with clients while we were doing the Idaho BDR. It’s good to see life coming back into this business. The new owners, and staff are amazing and super helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. I look forward to returning next year and see everyone again. It truly is a special place.”

“The room was quiet, comfy, bed was perfect for me and I have back problems! The staff was kind and always helpful 24/7 and do mean 24 hour's a day! I have a service dog, she had good places to walk and go potty, and in the 10+ day's I stayed here we had some pretty good snow storms, access to take her out was great! My son, and my 3 granddaughters came over to go swimming and jacuzzi, they had a blast, everything was clean and well kept! And the breakfast was a nice touch, and nice variety! Overall, very good! Thank you staff! Steve H.”

“The best place to stay in Emmett! Whether staying in one of the individual rooms or one of the suites, you couldn't ask for a better stay. The home is full of themed rooms and more history than your 9th grade textbooks. While the amenities and food are all stellar, the real reason to come is for the owner Jon. A truly warm and hospitable human being, Jon has lived a storied and fascinating life and it only takes a smile for him to share them with you. If you're out for the hunting, cherry festival, or car shows in Emmett, be sure to stay at the best place in town!”
Address: 15881 Purple Sage Rd, Caldwell, ID 83607, USA
“I have lived here for almost 17 years now and I actually love it here!! There are about 48 homes, a centrally located office and locked mailboxes across from the office along with 2 parcel boxes. The lots are various sizes and each tenant is required to care for their own lot. Space rent is the same for everyone, and everyone is required to own their home. The rent here is among the lowest in the Valley. It's a quiet neighborhood even though it sits right along the interstate. Purple Sage Mobile Manor is only about 2 to 2.5 miles from the freeway which makes it easy for those with commutes to work. Just like any other small community of homes, there are occasional issues that do arise, but they are generally dealt with immediately. What I love most about living here is the country charm and feel yet being a few minutes from town. Overall, Purple Sage Mobile Manor is a great place to live!!”

“Managers very accommodating and helpful as well as very pleasant. I came up to go Elk Hunting and needed a place to stay for a few nights. The room was perfect….clean and comfortable. It snowed heavily and it was very cold….a warm shower, a warm room and a comfortable bed couldn’t be better. The Idaho City Hotel is a wonderful 100 year old hotel in a community with an amazing history. The managers Tara and Rob provide the perfect atmosphere when visiting this historic community. Check in and stay awhile, you won’t regret it. Tom”

“I normally don't give 5 stars because we always can improve but this place deserves 5 stars. We arrived really late like around midnightish and called and a man answered and showed up and rented my wife and I a room with our dog and while unloading the car he turned the heat on. Also checkout time is 11 but he allowed us to checkout at noon because of our late arrival. I could go on and on about all the positive of the room, bed, old cabin look, and how beautiful the scenery is/was but it would take forever. I recommend and/all of get a chance to go because my wife and our dog will be back and back there. $emper Fi!!”

“Campground was clean. Not too many trees so if you want plenty of shade I would recommend bringing a canopy. There are Campground host on site. You can make a reservation for campsite online or there are some sites avaliable for first come first serve as well. River nearby with a small "sandy beach". River water was super cold. The hot spring water temperature is not consistent near the river.”

“A bit windy due to the location. It doesn't have the best access for swimming but it's a great fishing spot and the bathroom there was clean and well maintained. Be super careful on the drive out there the road is treacherous and not everyone is careful or pays attention. It is a great camp spot but it does get busy during the weekends in the summer so go early if you want a good spot.”
