“Gayle and her son Daniel are some GREAT people! Gayle went above and beyond to accommodate our wedding! Her and her son Daniel were so great with answering questions and always respond quickly. If we needed help with something or just had some questions for her she was easy to get ahold of and a couple times stopped what she was doing to come help us out at the campsite. Her property is absolutely breath taking! Very open, very clean and just all around beautiful! I highly recommend going to her campground for your wedding or reunions!!”

“I'm not particularly fussy when it comes to my hotel rooms. I just want a clean room to sleep in at night and get ready the next morning. I don't spend a lot of non-sleeping hours at a hotel because I'm out doing the things I came to the area to enjoy. The Rodeway Inn worked well for my purposes. The room was clean, although the hallways and stairs are certainly due a good scrubbing. The ice machine worked well and was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and bathroom had a fan which is sometimes tough to find. Breakfast currently isn't being served due to issues getting items from their suppliers, but adapting has been a mainstay in 2021 hasn't it? If using the airport, which I wasn't on this particular trip, the location is insanely convenient off the interstate as it literally sits next to the airport entrance. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and several options within 5 minutes of driving down Vista. It is a budget motel so the guests that it attracts aren't exactly high end business travelers, but if you are like me and just need somewhere to crash at night and don't need a lot of frills, the Rodeway Inn works well.”

“For the most part, I was pretty satisfied with this hotel all of the front clerk desk people were very nice and friendly, especially Bridget and Kendall. However, the only one that was not very friendly and acted like you were bothering her when you asked a question was the person that turned out to be the general manager which was very disappointing. The breakfast was good, but I think they could offer a few more choices . The breakfast staff people were also very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff were also more than friendly. They could use some improvements on upgrades because some of the things were outdated. They also have a pool and workout room which was very nice The hotel is also in a pretty good location. Now if they would just get a better general manager, they would be close to perfect.”

“This Holiday Inn is my favorite hotel in Edmond. The rooms are always clean, I like the exercise room too. breakfast is hot and fresh! Best of all is the staff! There front desk staff are amazing! The gentleman at night is very friendly and nice and always greets us and then Kelly who works during the day is one of the most professional, kind, courteous and friendly managers I have had the opportunity to meet. She truly enjoys taking care of customers and it shows in her friendly and happy demeanor. She always makes you feel welcomed whether you're checking in or out. Great enthusiasm and her hard work ethic are priceless and I truly appreciate the positive caring and friendly vibe She gives to her staff and customers!”

“Edge’s place was perfect for us for a quick pit stop on our way home from Oregon. This is the second time we have stayed with Edge. The returning guest discount was a nice surprise. Comfortable feather bed and sweet touches make this place charming. There were lots of thoughtful touches such as chocolates, spring water and a roaring fire in the fire pit waiting for our arrival. Would definitely stay again.”

“I do love our senior park, the people are outstanding! But the California company, IPG, that bought our park and another senior park in Boise are horrific! We moved into Granger Estates in 2008 with lot rent of $325 per month, and that includes water. IPG purchased our park in 2018 and lot rent is now $572.00 per month. Anyone new moving into the park pay an additional $100 per month, plus an average of $27 per month for water and another $27 per month for sewer! At this time, water has been grandfathered in for those of us living here when the park was purchased. IPG has looked into placing water meters at every home, and we know that a water charge will probably be coming in the future. There are 65 lot spaces in our park. We have already been told that 'yes, lot rent will go up each year'. We will be seeing a 90 day notice of rent increase sometime in July, for the increase to take place November 1st. For the rent increase, residents were given a new coffee pot and a water cooler in the clubhouse, window blinds and paint for the clubhouse has happened during the pandemic. Our roads, zero; sidewalks, zero. We now have to pay $25 for each space in the RV parking lot, that has always been free to residents. In the 15 months since the Covid pandemic set in, there has not been one single case of the Coronavirus among our residents. Everyone uses plane good common sense, and we have not had a problem. But our clubhouse has continued to be locked to us. But if you are looking for great neighbors and good people to get to know, Granger Estates is the place for you!”
